And can we please steer away from the ridiculous fanboy wars?
2 great drivers fought until the end, 1 came out a bit more lucky.

FFS calm down guys. Bloody hell, no need to get heated at each other. Or say "come at me bro!" effectively...

This is the only place,site,forum...that says it was a Vettel fault!I checked in many sites, journals, forums and almost all of them say that it was Senna Fault!

Not only was it clearly his fault, i think they should ban him from F1 and take away that 3rd championship for an action like that!

*sarcasm*

haha, wow, seeing it again I realize he was just trying to use, what he thought might've been an escape road that pops out around the corner. Nope, just the old closed off track. Can't wait to hear an interviewer ask him about that one.

But hey, while mentioning Kimi, big congrat's to him as I think he's the only driver to have finished every lap of the season! Pretty awesome accomplishment.

A HA! No he didn't. He only did 70 laps today because he was a lap down at the end. Meaning he was 1 off of every lap.

*sits smugly down* (I'm actually laying in bed )

If you're as much of a pain in the real world, then I'm sure I wouldn't have a problem.

Instead of being an Internet wise-ass, look at it this way: what are you actually adding to the conversation by repeating your tedious point over, and over?

Clue: the answer isn't "something".

Clue #2: the answer is nothing. And it's been nothing at every other GP you've defended Vettel regardless of whether he's done something stupid or not.

Today's move? Racing incident. But continually posting 'evidence' to back up your own fanboy posts doesn't actually move the discussion on in any direction. It is, as I've already said, pointless and annoying.

Lolllllllllllllllll..................it is 40 pages of you and the others where almost all of you was saying that "it's clearly a Vettel fault" and the stewards should have give him a drive through penalty!and when I said that it wasn't Vettel fault you said that I was wrong!then when I posted here the opinions from BBC and the Gazzetta now you tell me that I should stop it?

I found this on f1technical.net for anyone interested, it puts into perspective how much overtaking Alonso had to do to keep up with Vettel.

F1 2012 qualifying championship

Hamilton – 346
Vettel – 274
Webber – 227
Button – 185
Alonso – 161
Grosjean – 122
Raikkonen – 121
Schumacher – 119
Maldonado – 113
Rosberg – 99
Massa – 79
Kobayashi – 51
Perez – 39
Hulkenberg – 34
di Resta – 28
Ricciardo – 9
Senna – 3

It is determined by qualifying position and not grid position so penalties haven't been included.

Which I totally agree with.

wajdi1977 kinda sounds like a 10 year old that hasn't realised that life isn't fair and just at all.

Anyway, my personal opinion of the race? It was fab! Lots of tension, especially when Vettel had his little bump with Senna. A bit controversial, that I grant, although I would call it a racing incident.

The weather certainly played a major part to the outcome of the race, but it still provided a very good race.

One thing that I did notice. Vettel and Webber Red Bull's cars were obviously far superior to the backmarkers and the midfield cars (apart from Force India's) when it came to handling and speed on the straights. It was a little bit odd to see that they had a more apparent advantage. I am used to the overtakes being hard fought, rather than being ever so easily done with speed or someone losing grip at the wrong time to defend.

I don't know, the quality was sky-high, but it kinda felt slightly cheap at times, with some of the overtakes.

No, he is telling you to think first, think a little bit harder to make sure that you're adding something to the conversation and then write it out and post it.

We do not mind Alonso or Vettel fanboys. But they must be able to see TWO side of the conversations and understand that each driver has failings of their own.

If you refuse to see both side of the situation, then you will be branded as a blinded fanboy and your opinions and (maybe) well-reasoned comments will be disregarded in the future.

Yes and you sound like a 6years kid and Vettel hater...............lolllllllllllll

Wow CRAP. Can someone that speaks German confirm this quote in this interview?

"Ayrton Senna’s grave is here in Sao Paulo, Morumbi. I should go to that place and tell him what his nephew has done." - Sebastian Vettel 11/25/12

The interviewer poses the question starting from around 1:25 in that video.

Don't know the context exactly, or if he was trying to kid around... but damn, talk about kicking someone right in their heart when they're down.

Edit: Upon further review, yeah he was trying to keep it light but still a bit immature, but excusable considering the cloud he's on at the moment. He didn't mean anything malicious by it, just an immature comment.

I am not talking about the quotes. I'm talking about homeforsummer's quote.

Which was basically this:

"Think before you contribute to the conversation. Check that it actually adds something to the conversation"

He doesn't mean you to go:

"Yay, Vettel won! You're all losers for supporting other people apart from Vettel! Go and bow down to Vettel, for he is supreme ruler of the universe!"

We all know you love and want to have babies with Vettel.

We know that.

We don't need you to trumpet that and prove opinions as facts

Actually, had you been reading my posts instead of being an Internet tough guy, you'd realise that I've not criticised Vettel for the move at all. I've called it a racing incident each time.

So no, I'm not telling you you're wrong.

I'm telling you that posting over, and over, and over again that people here saying Vettel IS at fault are not automatically wrong because the two sources you've cherry-picked say differently, is utterly tedious.

What have you actually added to this discussion (or previous GPs where Vettel has been involved in other incidents and you've defended him regardless of what has happened) beyond mindless "I'm right and you're wrong" gibberish? Not a lot, is the answer.

You can go about this in two ways: Accept that some people have different opinions to you and engage them in well thought-out discussion and challenge them with reasoned thinking.

Or, you can continue being an ass.

One of the above is the reason this forum works. The other is the way you do things.

Your driver won mate, just wear your smug face and walk away. This whole fight is nonsensical...

Like I said before:

Even if its in the fashion we're seeing? Don't get me wrong, indeed not everyone will agree and I have no problem with that, the issue here is the way he's going about. I just think there's a way to support your favorite driver without resorting to such behavior.

Yet again...

I would'd go as far as to say it Vettel 'deserved' a penalty for that incident. But he did come from very wide into the apex with a car 3/4 beside him. Not on purpose? Didn't see him? I guess so. Beacuse the next turn he'd be getting the position back and he had no interest on a contact. Still there was a collision. He could have avoided it. It was not investigated...

But blaming Senna? No way. He saw a gap and commited to it, didn't go wide or sideways into Vettel. He did nothing wrong. This interview is just cry baby Vettel at his best. Trying to be funny? Well, failing miserably...

Sorry?what did I say?did I say to you "shut your mouth"?
Can I say"this is the only place,site............................................."?
What is wrong with that?
You have your opinion and it's ok!a lot of people here after the race have said that it was clearly a Vettel fault(go back and read it)!then I posted the BBC and the Gazzetta opinion about that crash!I can't?

in defense of vettel fans, he gets ridiculous amount of hate in less civilized places so it's no surprise they are in gloating mood after the incredible come backs he pulled off in the last few races to win WDC.
