Just found out that Man City are still paying 40k a week in wages for Adebayor....what the hell?!?
Because Daniel Levy is a tough negotiator.

Anyway, Dawson extremely unlucky to be offside for his goal but extremely lucky to not get a card for elbowing Aguero.

Adebayor didn't get a touch on that at all!

Its Villa 3-3 WBA at half time!!!

Really? That's probably about a quarter of his wage... so maybe we can expect him to be offside 25% of the time tonight? 💡 /foilhat

Meanwhile, Villa and WBA are 3-3 after 43 minutes!

He had a huge wage at City and they wanted to offload him to get him off the wage bill, Ade wouldn't accept a smaller deal and Spurs wouldn't give him the full wage, so City pay him still.

I think he is on about 170k a week so it would be less that a quarter isn't it?!

That penalty/red looks to have been pretty harsh. Very very tough to say if Rose got the ball or the man first, and that's very important because he absolutely got the ball... Was no more than half a heartbeat of difference either way there.

Very tough call to make either way, but I feel like awarding the penalty and sending him off was a bit much.

Not a Penalty and a wrongly disallowed goal. City getting the decisions again it's laughable.

Edit: rumors going around we agreed a deal for Vucinic.

Celtic win 4-0. So far ahead of the competition its getting ridiculous.

This is what happens when we don't have European business distracting us!! :P

11 Clean sheets in a row.

Sounds like a FIFA career on semi-pro
Quite.

Fraser Forster becomes only the second goalkeeper in Celtic history to get 10 straight clean sheets in the league.

So, we're heading into February with what looks set to be the closest relegation battle for years.

6 points separate 11th place Swansea from bottom placed Cardiff
That has to be some sort of a record.

I'll be cheering for Cardiff because of the Man Utd/Norwegian connection, and the fact that I'd love to see Ole Gunnar Solskjær establish himself in the Premiership.
(Watch out Moyes)

Chelsea with a massive slip up. Really frustrating game to watch as it was reminiscent to how Chelsea played Bayern in the 2012 Champions League Final. Put 9 bodies in the box.

3-0 to City, and Spurs has Rose red carded....

Clear contact from Rose on Dzeko before he gets the ball. Contact comes from behind, while Dzeko is through on goal. Right decision in my eyes.

I'll be cheering for both Cardiff and Fulham because Fulham have SAF's ex assistant manager Rene Meulensteen.

There is a rumour going around that Chelsea have a 11.2 million Euro bid for Kurt Zouma accepted and that the club and player have agreed on a summer exit to guarantee the player time on the pitch until next season. Interesting.

Not the Premiership but, Thiagos injury time winner for Bayern

really surprised at the Chelsea result, they had 39 shots on goal without scoring and that's a new record also did anyone catch the post match responses from both managers??

Mourinho...'they play football from the 19th century!'

Allardyce...'I don't give a ****!'

It was dreadful to watch. It was like watching us play Bayern in the Champions League final or the final day in 2011/2012 City against QPR. Not even attempting to play football. And just playing for 1 point. Pretty sad when a team brings those sort of tactics. I guess most have done it before though.

Its a great result for West Ham though

Looks like Tom Ince has chosen Crystal Palace after touring the country talking to the six Premier League clubs that are interested, he will join for six months on loan

Liverpool are in advanced talks with Konoplyanka of Dnipro, permanent deal worth about 10 mill

The odds of Toni Kroos joining Man United in the next 24 hours have been slashed to 8/11 after he threw a strop when being subbed at last nights Bayern game

You are kidding right?

I find it ironic a Chelsea fan saying it is sad when teams park the bus.

Did I say that we haven't done it? I hate when we do it. We don't play with 9 players in the box for the entire game. I've seen games where we park the bus. But, I have never seen us play with 9 effectively handicapped keepers in the box.

Didn't Chelsea also park the bus against United earlier in the season and didn't start with a striker?....

Arsenal and United away for a start.
