You might want to recalculate that.

I did with a ninja edit. Typo. :P

Here's a breakdown of all 60 departures by division:

Premier League: 10 20 team division
Championship: 16 24 team division
League One: 19 24 team division
League Two: 15 24 team division

League One's tough.

By the way, don't think I've forgotten:

23rd April - Graham Westley (Peterborough United, sacked) League One
25th April - Mark Yates (Crawley Town, sacked) League Two
26th April - Kevin Keen (Colchester United, sacked) League One

Sackings: 49
Resignations: 4
Expirations: 2
Approaches: 5

Total: 60

We've hit the magic number! There are 92 teams in the Premier & Football League and more than 48 sackings have occurred this season! Hooray!
Does Paul Lambert count, as Blackburn are looking for another manager with immediate effect - though he's set to leave at the end of the season.

Also, I was a little harsh the other day, I hope Townsend does well at Newcastle. He has shown glimpses of being good in the past and could well be useful for them.

The same does not apply to Adebayor, get stuck in the reserves behind Wickham for all I care.
Would like to say that I'm happy for Townsend now, he may have been so frustrating to watch for Spurs but he had a great work ethic, never stopped trying and was a real positive player to have at the club. I'm glad he is playing better for Newcastle.

I dunno what Adebayor is doing, doubt it involves being a positive impact though.

A good point well raised but he will be added when he actually goes.

Brilliant win for Swansea means we are safe, great result and performance, Liverpool had their minds on Thursday and rested players, and were crap.

United 1-1 Leicester so far....

1-1 it finished, if Spurs fail to beat Chelsea tomorrow then Leicester are Champions, if Spurs win then it goes to next week, Martial and Morgan with the goals, Drinkwater sent off late on for two yellows, good game....

Brilliant game between AC & Frosinone. Ended 3-3 but Balotelli smashed the bar in the last minute could of been an important 3 points for Milan.

Balotelli has been quite impressive in his last matches for AC. He shows desire to work for the ball now but if AC don't make the deal permanent then I can see Liverpool gaining a very good target man.

So Leicester has pretty much secured the title now. It would take all the bad luck in the world and some major mess ups together to lose this.

Fourth place might be a bit tricky for United now, four points behind City who are still to play this weekend, they play Arsenal next week though...

Be a long shot for us to get top 4. Unless city lose one of their other 2 matches and also lose to arsenal I don't see it happening. Even then I don't know if we could even win our remaining games.

City have made changes for the Southampton game though, one eye on Madrid on Wednesday, no Aguero or Toure....

Might be eating them words. Southampton just scored 2 in 3 mins to go 2-0 up.

Jeez 4-1 Southampton now, Man City have 20 minutes to save the game.

so it's down to tonight then, Chelsea beat Spurs (or a draw) then Leicester are Champions, if its a Spurs win then it goes to next week.

Meanwhile in the Championship if Burnley beat QPR next then they are promoted back the the Premier League.

👍 👍 👍

The atmosphere here is insane. I live in the city centre pretty much for uni and there's cars beeping their horns going everywhere. Can't wait to hear the atmosphere from the stadium at the weekend. Such an incredible result.

Congrats Leicester fans, fully deserved and one to live in the memory for decades.

What a wonderful night for the city of Leicester with 2 champions crowned within 25mins - Leicester City win the Premier League and Mark Selby wins the World Snooker Championship.

Congrats Leicester.

Chelsea can still 🤬 off though, of all the teams we had to have this match with, it had to be them. But hey, I guess well done to them snatching a draw against a team they finished 23 points above last season. Cap off a successful season for them.

As an Arsenal fan, I'm delighted Spurs didn't win it. As a football fan, I'm glad neither of these two have won it. Their behaviour was despicable, from Fabregas' play-acting on the floor, to Spurs players spoiling for a fight for the last ten minutes, it was a disgrace.

Tottenham lost the plot tonight, 0-2 up at half time only to draw 2-2, nine yellows, Dembele will surely get a violent conduct charge for his eye poke on Costa, very feisty game with a lot of dust ups and fighting, the scenes after the game were appalling.

Leicester are the first brand new first time Champions in 38 years.

I'm not going to rant about the Tottenham players. They showed heart, desire, passion and sadly in the end, frustration against a group of individuals who clearly hate them. If they were like that every game I'd be disappointed but no, this was a once-off and I can't blame them for letting their heads go.

You must be devastated that Huth and Vardy will be lifting the Premier League title then.
