Sunderland sign Darron Gibson and Bryan Oviedo.

Ighalo strongly linked to a £20mill move to a club in China.

Pato joins Tianjin for £18mill after only recently joining Villarreal.

Payet paid back £500k back to West Ham for his January wages and has taken a pay cut to join Marseille, was desperate for the move!

Ryan Mason discharged from Hospital after an 8 day stay, will continue rehab at home 👍

Games for tonight and tomorrow

Arsenal v Watford
Bournemouth v Crystal Palace
Burnley v Leicester
Liverpool v Chelsea (8pm BT)
Middlesbrough v West Brom
Sunderland v Tottenham
Swansea v Southampton

Wednesday night
Man United v Hull
Stoke v Everton
West Ham v Man City (7.45 BT)

Not a lot happening on deadline day, seems to be all about Ulloa with whom Leicester have rejected bids from Sunderland for, Odion Ighalo had a medical for a Chinese team whose name escapes me ahead of a £20m+ fee

Burnley sign Ashley Westwood from Aston Villa.

And Southampton signing Gabbiadini and hopefully a CB. Probably Serdar Tasci if anyone.

Sheffield Wednesday agree a £10 million fee for Middlesbrough's Jordan Rhodes.

Liverpool-Chelsea was 1-1, big shock in the PL was Arsenal losing at home to Watford 2-1 and they are away to Chelsea on Sunday!, Leicester's woes continue with a 1-0 defeat away to Burnley, Palace picked up what i think was their first win under Allerdyce 2-0 away to Bournemouth, Swansea beat Southampton 2-1 (👍👍) Sunderland-Spurs was 0-0 and Boro-WBA was 1-1.

Gabbiadini to Southampton is done deal, Burnley broke their transfer record getting Robbie Brady in.

That's when you really notice the money has gone crazy in football. You wouldn't have expected a few years ago a mid table premier league team spending double figure millions for a player, now you have 7th place championship team (please don't ban me @Famine) spending £10 million on someone. Madness.

Not compared to the 14th place Championship team spending £12 million on another Championship player, and the 16th place Championship team spending £13 million on one...

Villa have gone a bit barmy this month. Although considering their performance tonight they need a whole lot more, they probably could have lost to Arsenal they were that bad.

Hull have done some impressive business. Signing on loan a solid centre back in Ranocchia and good holding midfielder in N'Diaye but getting Grosicki will give them a good attacking option being renowned for his pace on the right wing.

Ighalo strongly linked to a £20mill move to a club in China.
Done deal. After two brilliant seasons with Watford.... Shame.

After those results it's time for City to take the advantage and draw with West Ham. :irked:

Amazingly, the Premier League still outspent the CSL in January, which shows how much money that TV deal brings to England.
2017 JANUARY TRANSFER WINDOW EXPENDITURE

1. Premier League: €257.05m
2. CSL: €218.79m
3. Ligue 1: €151.3m
4. Bundesliga: €99.26m
5. Serie A: €95.84m
6. Championship: €48.66m
7. Liga MX Clausura: €38.72m
8. Jupiler Pro League: €28.95m
9. Premier Liga (Russia): €28.51m
10. Major League Soccer: €26.12m

Interesting to see our Liga MX so high in that ranking considering there aren't many big name transfers in December and most of the movements are loans.

Perfect time for Man United to make a statement against Hull after last night results, big performance needed!

Sheffield Wednesday agree a £10 million fee for Middlesbrough's Jordan Rhodes.
After some comedic lollygagging from Boro last night that lead to the Premier League and Football League to have a meeting at lunchtime today to work out if the paperwork had gone through on time...

... it looks like we've signed him on loan with an option to buy for £10m at the end of the season.

Y'know that big performance i mentioned?? Never happened, drew 0-0 at home to Hull! :grumpy:

To be Fair Hull did well, defended well, very well organised, their keeper had a great game and they have looked harder to beat since Silva took over, but that's no excuse, with the talent we have got we should have broken them down, Jose should have started Martial after he had a great game in the Cup at the weekend, Rashford was poor on the left, very, very frustrating!

City hammered West Ham 0-4 and Stoke 1-1 Everton, in the Championship Newcastle blew the chance to go top after a last gasp Clark OG equaliser at home to QPR, and Celtic are now 25 points clear at top of the SPL...

Southampton signed a CB.
Note: May not be good, a professional football player, fit or will play any games.
