Dont look too close how the projects are being funded and keep cashing those driver paychecks.;)

You kinda threw me off with the Sausage portion (hence the gif). I'm gonna guess for some reason, its hard for you to just tell me that they too are funded by less then morally sound means?

It looks like Fox finally learned from last year to actually broadcast most of the 24 Hours of Le Mans There's a solid 8 hour block from 8:30 to 4:30 and an 11 hour block from 10:30 to 9:30. Totaling to 20 hours of coverage with the other 30 minute segments. It's still not great, but it's definitely an improvement.

I am hoping for a far better day tomorrow for my beloved Toyota. Watching qualifying was like 2015 all over again. They said the control system issues should be fine for tomorrow.

It is great to have WEC back though. Also, looking at it without the MotorsTV Vaseline effect is great thanks to streaming through the app.

I hear you, I really hope they find form. Last year was an utter disappointment.

JMW GTE Am class winning Ferrari excluded for a front splitter violation.

96 Aston GTE gets a 4 min penalty for dumping that Ferrari on the last lap.

Man oh man, so happy WEC is back! 👍

Thank goodness the guys from RLM are commentating the WEC feed

Audi, Porsche and Toyota still quite close for 3rd place after nearly 30 minutes of racing :D Shaping up to be a good year!

I've noticed that Porsche and Audi are running rims that seem to have a narrower lip on the outside. Similar to the narrow F1 rims we saw a few years back. Does anyone know if there are some aerodynamic reasons behind these, or may this be a detail to extract heat out of the brakes?

I haven't followed WEC but, is that Manor the same team from F1?

The team leaders is the same people that ran the Virgin/Marussia/Manor F1 team until last year when they left.

They are completely separate teams but have the same name.

i have read that ts is the highest speed car,now im sseing them cant follow the others. i had big expectations for them this year

The sound of the Ford GT is truly orgasmic!

It by far is the best looking, and best sounding GT car out there. Not the most interesting livery, but my god does the bodywork look fantastic.

Too early to call, but strength measurements don't seem to have changed since last year in LMP1. I was feeling good when Toyota were catching up in the first hour, but after almost 2 hours they are about to get lapped by the leader. Not good...

Nasty crash for #1 Porsche and the #8 Audi has stopped. Full-course yellow!

If they'll keep that up, Toyota indeed is going to win lol

Edit: Seems like the Audi is stuck in 6th gear. Well, let's see the torque of that Diesel :sly:
