It's always been that way, they never show the full race. Back when it was ALMS on ESPN3 they'd do the same thing when the reshowed it on ABC.

FS1/2 did all flag to flag coverage last year. (Bar the 24 hours of Le Mans)

Problem is, most people don't get FS2 which is why so many of us pay for the stream...probably makes the WEC happy.
