The Houston Texans played their best football of the season so far, but still failed. Our latest fail was a 28-21 defeat at the Pittsburgh Steelers. Texans were blanked in the 2nd Half after taking a 21-17 lead into Halftime.

We're back home next Sunday as one of two straight home games. We got the Minnesota Vikings coming to H-Town followed by the Jacksonville Jaguars the Sunday after. Texans looking for their first win with the Vikes coming to town.

Hopefully your team(s) did better than mine. Or how did your team(s) do this week? Congratulations to all winners from this week's games!

Eagles didn't win but at least they didn't lose? :boggled:
Bungles didn't win but at least they didn't lose? :boggled:

Two things would be nice this season:
1. If the defense wouldn't give up points within the last 2 minutes in the first half and the end of each game.
2. If the offensive line wasn't just a bunch of cardboard cutouts (8 sacks allowed today).

Chiefs at Ravens TONIGHT!

Deshaun Watson, Lamar Jackson, and Patrick Mahomes are three young and talented QBs in the NFL; and two of these talented QBs I just mentioned will be playing tonight in this one game. Mahomes and Jackson will play tonight in Baltimore. Or as I heard cool kids call Baltimore, "B-More." Both Kansas City and Baltimore are 2-0. We will see which team will improve to 3-0 once tonight's game commences.

Enjoy tonight's game!

Recently, the Houston Texans announced it will allow as many as 13.3K fans in the stands at NRG Stadium as the COVID-19/Coronavirus deal dies down. The Texans will host the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday. A capacity of 13.3K fans is about 20% of NRG Stadium. The matchup itself doesn't seem interesting, as both the Texans and Vikings are 0-3 on the 2020 season.

Oh, and I saw that the Detroit Lions did indeed win this week. Detroit won 26-23 at Arizona for their first win of the 2020 season. They will host the New Orleans Saints in their next game. Both the Saints and Lions are 1-2 on the season.

We still have Kansas City at Baltimore to be played tonight, so get psyched for this one!

How do you like the 2020 NFL season so far? How do you think the NFL is handling the whole COVID-19/Coronavirus deal?

We have now entered Week 4. But before we talk about the upcoming week's games, how about an early Standings Update? Here you go:

--- AFC, Into Week 4 ---
EAST: Buffalo (3-0), NE (2-1), MIA (1-2), NYJ (0-3)
NORTH: Pittsburgh (3-0), BAL and CLE (2-1 each), CIN (0-2-1)
SOUTH: Tennessee (3-0), IND (2-1), JAX (1-2), HOU (0-3)
WEST: Kansas City (3-0), LV (2-1), LAC (1-2), DEN (0-3)

---NFC, Into Week 4 ---
EAST: Washington and Dallas (1-2 each), PHI (0-2-1), NYG (0-3)
NORTH: Green Bay and Chicago (3-0 each), Detroit (1-2), MIN (0-3)
SOUTH: Tampa Bay (2-1), NO and CAR (1-2 each), ATL (0-3)
WEST: Seattle (3-0), ARI, LAR, and SF (2-1 each)

Remember- it's still early. Some teams may maintain their positioning; some others may not win another game the rest of the season. Every team is still eligible to make the postseason unless there is some kind of postseason ban on certain teams. So stay in there!

Here are some of Week 4's games:
* DEN Broncos at NYJ Jets (THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL)
* JAX Jaguars at CIN Bengals
* CLE Browns at DAL Cowboys
* NO Saints at DET Lions
* MIN Vikings at HOU Texans <<< up to 13.3K fans allowed in stands in HOU
* SEA Seahawks at MIA Dolphins
* BUF Bills at LV Raders
* PHI Eagles at SF 49ers (SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL)
* ATL Falcons at GB Packers (MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL)

Feel free to enjoy this week's games, whichever ones interest you, including those I didn't mention in this post.

The game between the Pittsburgh Steelers at the Tennessee Titans has been postponed after positive cases of COVID-19/Coronavirus were reported. The game could be played this coming Monday or Tuesday. The Minnesota Vikings also had some positive cases reported, but I think that game between the Minnesota Vikings at Houston Texans is still on at its normal time.

Stay safe, GTPlaneteers!

So, some Raiders players decided it was a good idea not to wear a mask in a charity event :indiff: I understand it was an event meant for a good cause, but you gotta take measures no matter what. :ouch:

Anyway, we are facing the new AFC East powerhouse this week. I just expect them to keep the game interesting. Asking for a win is just too much.

Also, someone please delete the Falcons.

Tonight begins a new week of NFL action. Tonight is the Denver Broncos at the New York Jets. Both teams are 0-3.

In other news, the Steelers at Titans game has been postponed to later this season. Originally, it was said to be postponed to about Monday or Tuesday this coming week. The postponement comes as a result of confirmed cases of COVID-19/Coronavirus by about seven Titans.

If you will be watching or following tonight's game, enjoy!

Oof, with Conner as my RB2 and Smith-Schuster as my lead wideout, this postponement didn't help my ailing fantasy team at all.

Patriots' QB Cam Newton has tested positive for COVID-19/Coronavirus. The Patriots at Chiefs game has been postponed until further notice. They say it could be played Monday or Tuesday.

Some of the Tennessee Titans have more reported cases of COVID-19/Coronavirus. There were reported cases earlier, but there are now more reported cases among the Titans.

Players want to play during this tough time. But everyone... PLEASE be safe.

So Drew Brees can't stop licking his fingers. Saints play Raiders. Raiders play Patriots. Patriots player gets coronavirus. Coincidence?

Is Drew Brees literally going to pass corona through the whole league?

With the rate Covid is going through the league. This week feels like the last football we might see for the time being. It was fun while it lasted.

Another Sunday, more NFL football. Hopefully you and your favorite team(s) are doing okay. Be sure to enjoy today's action including the Sunday Night Football game between the Eagles at 49ers.

Back home for the Houston Texans. And also, welcome back to fans in the stands at NRG Stadium. We welcomed the Minnesota Vikings to H-Town, and this is how it went down. After a lethargic first half, the Texans woke up and made a game out of it. The Texans scored touchdown pass late in the game to try to pull to within two. However, upon further review, the pass was ruled incomplete. And so... we failed 31-23 to the Vikes. Maybe losing is tbe best thing to happen to the Texans considering the 🤬 moves they made in the offseason. Third time in franchise history the Texans have started 0-4 (2005 and 2008 the other times).

Up next... we're hosting the Jacksonville Jaguars next Sunday. The Texans' only playoff hope is to win the AFC South.

If your favorite team(s) won this week, congratulations. Or did your team(s) 🤬 up too?

For once, the Bungles decided not to Bungle. The line held and Mixon went off. Burrow was solid. The defense STILL gave up a field goal within the last two minutes of both halves, which is annoying as all get out.

Anyway, it was a win.

Congrats man, srsly. I hope Burreaux changes things in Cinci.

What's a win?

Sincerely,

NYG fan :(

I've been watching the Bills play, my wife likes them (and the Seahawks). It's just better that I not watch the Giants this year.

Matt Patrica needs to be fired after that performance. How do you let a Saints team, who's very injured, drop 35 unanswered points on you? I've over this team until Thursday now instead of being over them until the typical Tuesday.

Thankfully, next week is the bye so we can't possibly blow that...right?

There will be the moved game of the New England Patriots at Kansas City Chiefs to be played tonight, thanks in part to COVID-19/Coronavirus concerns. Otherwise...

Falcons at Packers TONIGHT!

Even amid the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic, the appeal of Monday Night Football on the Frozen Tundra still has its appeal. Lambeau Field is ready to see a nice NFC match involving the NFC South at the NFC North. The two teams have the numbers "3" and "0" in common. How so? Well, the Green Bay Packers are 3-0, and the Atlanta Falcons are 0-3. So this is the classic case of "two teams in two different directions." The Falcons have been the butt of most NFL fans' jokes, having failed hard in their past three games. Green Bay is trying to keep up their solid form. So how will this night end when the Falcons and Packers are done playing? We shall see!
