Been racing F1 2010 since the release day but coudn't connect online (windows live was not avaible in Poland)

I don't know this make difference but i'm playing PC version of F1 2010.

Hey bazylfox (love the name), just to clarify are you playing F1 2010 on the PS3 as this is a PS3 version championship? You may have Jamie-C's seat as i've long since given up on his attendence 👎

I've been pre-occupied with other things hence my absence. I can see why you would be annoyed though. I've took part in organising leagues and I know how annoying it is when members don't show up so I apologise!!

OK, so everyone knows it's been delayed to 19:45 tomorrow.

P.S. If anyone has a camera to take some snaps of the final results of both qualifying and the race then that'd be much appreciated as I'm not sure if i'll have one available tomorrow night.

Well I'm sorry to say that I'm dropping out. I just dont enjoy playing the game like I remembered. That coupled with events last week is enough for me.

Sorry I wasted your time when you could have had someone else in who will complete the championship.

Hopefully I'll catch some of you in 2011 if its any good.
 
That sucks Douqa. I'd have appreciated it if you let me know who punted you off and explained what happened but I guess if you're just not enjoying it anymore and with the GT5 series starting time changing as you said it's academic now really.

I don't quite understand though what you're not enjoying about it. You're one of the best F1 racers on GTPlanet and the racing in this championship has been really close.

I'm amazed so many people were so enthusiastic about this at the start and then have done a total U-turn since then. Obviously there have been guys who have important reasons for dropping out, but I sense it's mainly down to a general lack of enthusiasm for the championship for the others.

I just really hope the others are enjoying themselves at these events. Personally i've loved everything about it, the racing is always close and really intense and coming from racing in F1:CE championships it's like night and day.

I'm gonna switch the time to 20:00 GMT+1 for tonight.

A great pity! But Championship will go on. There a lot of passionate driver out there who would like to drive in this championship, so we should find a reserve driver soon.

@ Shaggy: Perhaps its a good Idea to advertise free seats in main topic subject line!!

That's what i've been doing Dark! I only changed it today to highlight the schedule for tonight but I wish this forum was more active, that way we'd have plenty more people interested.

P.S. I hope the later time of 20:00 is ok for you as I know you're effectively 2 hours behind, aren't you?

Well thanks for the clarification, I wasn't sure if I was talking out of my hole until that actually 👍

Looking at investing in a G27 for F1 2011 btw. The button to the left on my G25 wheel isn't functional anymore. I just don't know how i'd work both KERS and DRS in the new game on top of changing camera views or using rear view etc.

How do the buttons feel on the G27? I've heard they're not very intuitive but do you get used to them? Like, would I find myself looking at the wheel to find the right button or does it become instinctive?

Would be cool if people let us know sooner if they can or cant make a race it because, as sad as it sounds, I rescheduled a real life arrangement to make sure I could make it tonight. We'll probably postpone now but we should have came to this conclusion so much sooner.

Oh well.
