tiptopcreamThat real circuit list is depressing 👎
15 circuits from 5 locations and for most of them the track changes will be minor at best.
EggheadHow do you make such nice shots? I can't do it. Always blurry etc.
(i use dscaler)

First, I don't think it was a powerslide because the traction control wouldn't let you do that,.. but that doesn't really matter actually, you should stop whining about whether it's drifting or sliding, the guy did a fourwheeled slide. I don't think it's very wrong too call it a drift although there's no throttle used. Still, isn't really the problem, to me the slip angles are too big to recover with such a car. Maybe it's because the demo is dumbed down with "UNREALISTIC" assists, assists that wouldn't help you in real life if you tried drifting a proper racing car.tha_conJesus lord go watch the video again. Only ONCE does he have a SERIOUS angle, and you can CLEARLY see the overcorrection etc, TCS and ASM maintain control of the car. LISTEN. AT EACH powerslide, there is NO throttle, it's coasting, THEN when hes out of the slide, and heading STRAIGHT, he gives it throttle, it's called WEIGHT TRANSFER and it STABALIZED the car ALONG WITH the TCS AND ASM. The ASM is what keeps the car from SPINNING out on BRAKING. YOU clearly do NOT understand a lot driving techniques. THIS was an EXTREMELY simple POWER SLIDE and NOT a drift. and with ALL of the assists on, you cannot tell that it is TOO FORGIVING regardless of what you think. you are ill informed and need to educate yourself before you come in here spewing babble to people. Don't even get my started on you wanting GT4 to be the best...you point it out as horror and you are ALWAYS doing this, but yet you defend anything negative about Forza and other cheeze ball racers. Give me a break. You probably watched the video once and assumed that it was too simple, but YOU are either
a) too simple
b) just don't care
because he was NEVER "maintaining" a drift. That would require throttle input and MUCH more counter steering, rather than a simple ONE turn op. lock. the drift wasn't even through the ENTIRE turn, he slides into it. You just need to stop where you are, watch the video, and discontinue any uninformed arguments...because you're not getting yourself anywhere.

it was beautiful and fun in GT ConceptHeepI've always hated Autumn Ring since GT1...
A mile is 1600 meters. 1/4 of that is 400 meters. Don't see anything wrong with that?Zarkoff500Did anyone else notice that the Las Vegas drag strip is listed at .40 km? That would be the standard 400M and not 1/4 mile. This would equate to about 1312 feet, seven shy of the correct legnth. Hope we get the correct length.
Well, if you calculate it absolutely precise a quarter Mile is 402,34 meters. I think that those missing 2,34 meters is what he was referring to. That'd make a difference of 0.04 seconds going 125 mph.Dev_ZeroA mile is 1600 meters. 1/4 of that is 400 meters. Don't see anything wrong with that?
That's true, but if I'd program such a track, I'd make sure the length is 100% correct. Saying it's 0.40 km long, you can't see if it's 0.40000 or 0.40234 km by the way. So this discussion is a bit pointless anyway.Dev_ZeroWell I wouldn't be too worried about .05 of a second when we're talking about 100 mph at the finish line. For street cars .05 of a second difference means even less.
