Just try to make it clear
after you press "rec" button, it will pop up a box for export temporary iml file, use GT4DEMO
then it pop up 2 error box, first one is "recording unit is not connected", 2nd one is "initialization failed"
then you should see a program called "CD/DVD-ROM Recording unit controller v1.xx"
click file, export image, type GT4DEMO (LST file type)

If you have different errors ... try to redo the repack process or get another $ony cd/dvd generator (search from yahoo)

4 those who have problems to make an ISO :)

take your ISO ( with the LIMIT ! ) and extract the PCPX_966.49 file witz CDMAGE !!!
edit this file and IMPORT ! the edited File with CDMAGE again - then Burn the ISO and everything works perfekt ;)

if u have no iso, make an iso from your ORIGINAL ! demo with DVD Decrypter

good DVD ISO burn tool is DVD DECRYPTER also 👍

in Nero, choose image recorder to burn
then it pops up to save image file, then choose iso type

The codes that were posted easlier from ruliweb work with AR2. The MAX codes was my experiment on converting from AR2 to AR MAX.

Check the earlier pages (I think 48) for the AR2/GS2 codes.
 
could someone make a simple one-click kinda file (.ppf) for us who are less knowledgeable at computers? ;)

after that you should have GT4DEMO.000 GT4 DEMO.001 - did have two files but they werent .000 and .001
then use command prompt (Dos mode) and go to the folder where GT4DEMO.000 located
type this: copy /b GT4DEMO.000 + GT4DEMO.001 GT4DEMO.iso - how can i access 'command prompt' and go to the folder where my GT4DEMO files are located?

for ppf, I am no good at it ...

This is strange. Sorry if this sounds dumb, but im not really a pro when it comes to playing with images.

Ive imaged the file with DVDdecryptor. Edited the file with UltraEdit. But everytime I try to repack the files to an image, the iso is smaller than the image. Ive tried cdmage, isobuster and ultraiso. The original image is 1.22Gb, but the image I get is always 1.20Gb and the game wont boot.

What am I doin wrong?

if you already used cd/dvd generator to repack and still don't work, I have no idea then
I didnt try to burn dvdr caused my PS2 can't even read complicated disc
even I already used Taiyo Yuden (best media)
for BMW demo, pricer also used cd/dvd generator to create iml file
so it is the best bet even thou it takes so many steps to get it done

Ok, if you have the "command thingy" open, do the following things:

- you sould see "C:\>", if you don't, type "C:" and press <Enter>
- if you see "C:\something...", type "cd\" and press <Enter>
- now type "cd gt4" and press <Enter>
- now type "copy /b GT4DEMO.000 + GT4DEMO.001 GT4DEMO.iso" and press <Enter>
- the thing should start working now, when it's done you should find a file named "GT4DEMO.iso" in that directory

Within Windows go to:

START > RUN

and type

CMD

and press enter. This will take you to the dos prompt. Then (in your case) type:

cd\gt4

and press enter. Then type the copy command (ie)

copy /b GT4DEMO.000 + GT4DEMO.001 GT4DEMO.iso

This process takes a while because it is making another 1.2+ GB file. This will combine the 2 file to make an ISO you can burn with DVD Decrypter or Nero.

Download that program, load the iso, Extract the file, then import it after editing it with AXE.

VERY SIMPLE!!!

Took a whole 10 minutes including burn time. and it works pefectly...

haha my time around the Nurenblah track is 8 minutes Dead with the skyline(fast one)... haha i only died like 4 times by crashing into the baracades...

WHY cant they just friggen release the friggen game!

so please tell me how to import the file after i I edited it with axe, I could find no way to do this, there´s only the extract button and compare and find file, but I found no way to import it. maybe I get blind???
