Open Cdmage
File>open: locate iso (mine being called ho-gt4d.iso)
Then image type comes up Just press open
On the left of your screen it should have:
image (ho-gt4d.iso)
- session 1
+Track 1 (mode etc...)
Click on track 1
Right click on pcpx_966.49 (which has now come up on the right side of your screen)
click extract files
Choose the location you want to extract to (the top bit)
Open the file where you extracted it with that axe program and do what the guide says about editing it. (mentioned a couple of pages back)
THen Get back to CDmage Right click on pcpx_966.49 again click on import file, locate the Edited pcpx_966.49 file and bingo. YOU MUST HAVE that pcpx_966.49 file highlighted... and you must RIGHT click on that file to find the option to Import it
thats it. finished. exit the program.. burn the Iso and it should work...
