More details of the DB10's involvement:
The car will feature in a chase through the streets of Rome alongside the Jaguar C-X75 and two Range Rovers. At the moment, it seems Dave Bautista will be behind the wheel of the Jag, though the car apparently belongs to Waltz's character, Oberhauser.

It's also believed that the DB10 will appear in Austria, possibly driving through a mountain pass.

Oops, I must have missed that part.
I think the DB10 is intended as a celebration of the company's association with the Bond franchise. Skyfall marked the series' fiftieth anniversay, so Aston Martin must be celebrating a similar milestone, as the DB5 first appeared in Goldfinger. I forget the year it was released - it may have been 1965, but if it wasn't, it will likely pass before Bond 25 is released as the series is on a three-year production-release-cool down cycle.

I wonder if the chase in Rome will be where the DB10 get destroyed... Like every other bond cars. Or maybe it will be like the one in Die Another Day where the Jag get destroyed...

Probably not.

During production of Skyfall, EON releases images of clapboards fairly regularly. The trend has continued in Spectre, and the scenes shot at Blenheim Palace - doubling for Rome - had a clapboard numbered 45. Meanwhile, clapboards from Sölden in Austria carry numbers in the low 60s, which means that the Rome scenes will take place before Austria.

Since it's believed that the DB10 will feature in Sölden, it's unlikely to get destroyed in Rome. Plus, they destroyed the DB5 in Skyfall, so I doubt they'll destroy the DB10 here.

So the DB10 will act as the new DB5 to Bond ?

Wonder how the chase scene will play out in Rome. There's no way it's gonna be a clean run.

No idea. It's confirmed for Spectre, but any long-term plans for the car have not been detailed.

It's believed to feature the DB10, the Jaguar C-X75 and two Ranger Rovers with Bond fleeing in the DB10 and being chased by the others, possibly led by Dave Bautista - Drax from Guardians of the Galaxy - in the Jaguar. At some point, they will tear through some very narrow streets, as plans to film near an historic fountain caused controversy. Rumours also suggest that a Fiat 500 will end up in the river, but that was a scene that was planned for and shot with an Alfa 159 for the opening chase of Quantum of Solace, so maybe it's just a reheated rumour.

Fleeing eh ? That car would suffer from bullet holes plus you get the two range rovers which is a basically a tank compared to the Aston

You're assuming they'll be shooting. In a car chase through a busy city.
Well from the description, it sounds like its gonna be like the one in QOS or maybe instead of bullet holes it would be scratches and stuff. Yeah in the end i'm just assuming, lets wait for the movie itself then :D

Another shot from on location, this time in Rome:

I have to admit that I am a little apprehensive on seeing the two cars together. My mind immediately goes to Die Another Day, the one and only time that the franchise has tried to pull off a chase between two performance vehicles, and that ended poorly. There's no sign that the DB10 - much less the Jaguar - is loaded with gadgets, which is what made the chase in Die Another Day so poor (but Bond using the ejector seat to flip the car was fairly clever). I guess I am just concerned that it will come out looking like something from The Fast and the Furious more than anything else, but I am hoping that the end result will be akin to the Nice chase in Ronin mixed with the Paris taxi chase from A View to a Kill.

I'm still not that impressed with it. For crying out loud, we can't even buy one even if someone could afford it. I dunno to me that's just a hopped up widebody RX-8 with the rear-end of a Jaguar.

Oh well, at least it'll look cool in the movies, so I guess it's no big deal.

Hey they have those driver's pods on the top of the car just like the ones in NFS movie. Hopefully they also can get the chase feels like in NFS, no shaky cam.

I found Need for Speed's cinematography to be pretty flat and uninspiring. It was probably the main reason why the film sucked - there was no sense of speed or tension in the chase sequences. Instead, it felt like the director was more interested in keeping the cars firmly in shot for as long as possible. Which is unusual, as those filming pods are frequently used, though. I'm happy to see the Ultimate Arm - the camera mounted on a swivelling crane on top of a car - in action, though.

UPDATE: some more photos from shooting today. It appears that these will be from a bridging scene, showing Bond arriving in Rome:
