Also who was racing with me in race 4? I thought you did do race 4 Supersonic? I was sure i saw another SAR/MNR driver as well.

Nope, didn't get in race 4. Tried to but that problem happened and then had to exit to XMB and start all over again. Annoying too as I didn't get to run my new clio tune. Oh well, next week :D

I cant remember who was racing,my bad. Im sure there were 2 other SAR/MNR drivers other than myself and definetly 1 because we were neck and neck the whole way. Maybey im just tripping, not my usual self since my grandfather ended up in hospital on Sunday afternoon with suspected stroke :nervous:

Edit: I think im mixing up Race 2 with Race 4 lol

@Rippin-Excellent - page 33 post 654 - will give you the race event detailes for this month and as for the rules.....you just drive like you always do and you will fit right in!👍

Here are my results for today's SAR:

Race 1 - 3rd
Race 2 - 1st
Race 3 - 2nd
Race 4 - 5th

SAR - 16th of August
Well for me that was my best ever SAR event - not because I won every race(I didn't come close!) but because of how I raced.
To often I start the event thinking of all the great moves I'll make on my way to the podium only to find the cruel hand of fate
kicking me to the curb…..but not this time….I managed to avoid taking myself or anybody else out.
I did notice afew incidents between drivers which for the most part seemed to have been dealt with correctly on the track….
and this is the hard part when racing online….in the heat of battle it can be such a defeating feeling having to slow up and let
someone catch up who you just accidently put off track……but it needs to be done for the health of the great competition we have
got going on here.

Race1 - GTR 4th
Race2 - Clio 6th
Race3 - F40 4th
Race4 - Lotus 4th
Race5 - F430 - 3rd

Really had a good time last night - thanks guys.

PS: Devie you are just blazing at the moment - you opened up the fourth dimension in that GTR mate....(*can anybody stop him!)

So, maybe this time I won't have other causes preventing me race tonight. MAYBE. Could someone.....I don't know.......PM me when it's roughly to start? Then I can join the chat at least.
 
I don't think anyone can keep up with Devie in his GTR! He was way too fast :eek:

Is MNR gunna happen tonight? I tried jumping online before and 'Servers were not available'

It says Maintenance was 5am - 11am Monday, would that be UK time? because that means for us its practically in the middle of MNR.
 
LF - If there are no servers, we will reschedule. If we cannot find a time to suit all, I suggest we organise into smaller groups (here in this thread) and race in those (not ideal, so open to other suggestions) - the points system covers us for split fields.

If we have to reschedule, I can race Tue - Thurs (inc.) at the normal MNR start time with anyone else available :)
 
Damn forgot about the Northern time frame for PD's upgrade....

I'm ready to rock any time after 8.30pm(NZ) most nights of the week....yes i will admit it i'm addicted.
 
I forgot about that server maintenance thing also.... like joe I'm keen and can race any day this week.
 
i was going to have a go tonight too. oh wel,, you never know, they may finish upgrade early. it goes til 11? so that would mean 9pm NZT ?
 
NZ time makes it run from 5pm-11pm. I tried getting on GT5Prologue about 5:30 when I got the 'Servers down' message.

arrrrrr.. yes ok.. 12 hours difference. I might try at each scheduled race time, If it does run to plan then I guess we could get 2 races in.
 
Yeah I'd be up for pretty much any night this week - sorry to everyone that I couldn't make Sunday afternoons events.

Edit: I can access the online events now so I think its all good to go :D

Edit 2: We're gonna start from race 3 at the normal time of xx:52.30

gone from low because no MNR(server down) to high as Sonic spotted online access up -Race 3 on! back to low as LionFace and I were left frozen on the track.....PD have ditched the kiwi's.
