Last night in a public lobby..
I join a room and overhear a guy talking about his modded Adder with a color change paint.. I head over to check it out.. It's light blue in normal light and light green in tunnel lighting.. He asks if I want to do his recently made race called most wanted(loads of fun actually)
When I lose by fractions of a second trying to locate the finish line I congratulate the winner.. We respawned and the person who won blew up my Zentorno.. Okay.
Then while loading up another race a different person shoots me while I'm in the menu.. Sigh.. I decide to forgo the race and roam around.. After locating a group of players asking about $glitches I help them out and call it a night .. All in all it was a good night.

Those people who put $10k bounties on you because why not

And the guys that see you get to your apartment, wait outside just to shoot you and run away

*enables passive mode...walks out front door with the bird held high..walks back in and hits bong

You missed a few steps... ;)

Step 1: walk out with the birds held high in passive mode :D

Step 2
: get run over by a tank which then parks on top of you which causes the game to kill you and give them the bounty. :odd::mad:

Step 3:
rage at the BS that just happened. :banghead:

Step 4: walk back inside and hit the pipe...:P Then rage quit.

Can't enable passive mode while you have a bounty.
But for some reason R* made it so you can put bounties on people in passive mode, which gets disabled when they die to anything (cops, idiot AI, etc). :grumpy:

So by throwing a bounty at someone in passive mode who then gets killed, you essentially block out immunity for them until they lose or gain the bounty.

Interesting.... :mischievous:

No. If you do that to anyone in passive mode then so help me I will launch fury upon you with the power of ten thousand suns.

Not even to the ones who kill everyone with a tank then go into passive when their tank gets blown up to deprive those he killed of revenge?

Forgot they patched the passive bounty glitch.. And tanks can't run over me when I walk out front door of Weazel Plaza.. :)

Call a mugger on tanker.

Was cruising around with a few crew members when a large shoot out happened near Fort Zancudo. It eventually wore out and we all dispersed... or so I thought. I was hunted by four members of another crew all the way from the fort to the north end of the map, back down the east to the wind farm and right back across the middle to my garage.

With the griefing now getting a little tired I tried making a run for it in a fresh car, but they now had a Buzzard on their side. Finally making it back to the garage, I was assisted by Slugman to make another break for it. Unfortunately they turned on him so I had to go back and help him out. Together we got forced back to the airfield where we started holding our own.

This is where bad goes to worse. While trying to get the hell away from these guys, and them chasing me for about 2 hours, they have the nerve to kick me from the session. If they didn't want me there, why not let me run away?

Of course, I could have changed sessions myself but it was kind of fun in a perverse kind of way.

@somebody - The Buzzard may have been me. At one point I fired off a rocket toward your garage without realizing you had came back out. And let's be honest, you were holding your own, I was driving around in passive mode trying to distract them with mixed success.

I saw that rocket, it cleared the wreckage of my previous car out of my way and I drove under it. I ended up using $32,000 of ammo on those four guys.

As long as there's a noob (Not newb) pilot in a Buzzard and they only fire missiles, there's a very small chance they will ever hit your car unless it is extremely slow, like a BF Surfer or Faggio.

Missles + Wanted Level + Some Thought = "I'll just lock on to and shoot the police car 100 yards ahead of you." You'd be surprised how much that works. Anytime I see someone in a Lazer or Buzzard, I keep well clear of the cops to stay safe.

With cops, yes it's very dangerous. But most of the time when I am being pursued by a Buzzard, they never think to use the cannons (Which have been improved greatly!). Probably because they suck at aiming. I'm glad you can no longer spam missiles like you could in TBoGT.

Actually, the faster the target goes, the easier it is to hit it with rockets as it can't do as sharp turns while at speed. TBH the rockets are way easier to use on the Buzzard. If you're pursuing a vehicle, just shoot a good distance ahead of it. You'll rarely hit it on the first try but it's much easier to aim than the miniguns, also you'd need a darn good amount of minigun hits to immobilize a car. Using rockets is just easier and faster. Now if you're the one being pursued by a Buzzard, what I do is get out of the vehicle and let auto-lock do it's job. :)

Buzzards aren't really much to worry about. Fill the cockpit with rifle ammunition and steal it if it survives the fall.

Or just shoot the tail rotor with a combat MG. If they stay in then they blow up. If they jump out then you can just shoot them.

AFAIK that only works with Mavericks. We couldn't make the tail rotor explode on a Buzzard when we tried with a friend. Still, if you use a minigun the chopper goes down no matter at which part of it you aim

I'm pretty sure it's possible... hm. I'll check later.
Also I am only lv105 I cannot use a minigun :(

Just keep grinding for it, such a useful weapon to have

Shame it can't roll tanks :(

I know there's the "Cops Turn Blind Eye" feature from Lester, but I would prefer to have cops off (LIKE IN GTA IV ONLINE). I have yet to own a minigun online (I got one from a crate drop, but lost it when I died, and I'm not at rank 120), but I feel that you can't fire it anywhere without immediately alerting the police. You get the cops after you... for defending yourself? That doesn't seem like the GTA way.

Well explain to the cops saying "I was just testing this thing out with the aid of my buddy here"

That's why whenever I wanna get up to shenanigans or just do something that doesn't have the cops involved I just enter a mission.

If worst comes to worst I normally just suicide.
