What times were you running?

We ran Monza and Rome yesterday, he was faster at both, I was close on both tracks but S3 at Rome and S2 at Monza he was way quicker and that's where I was losing 80%+ of the time to him.

Enjoying the Alfa tho

The Civic is still a very good car. Was able to match my times with both at Rome.

Haven't tried the Civic at Monza yet tho; so could be different there. Will give it a go before I head out this evening.

At monza was 03.5 i believe , i believe where the honda is lacking is lower gear initial accel , too much wheelspin.

Well behind closed doors I asked furi to have a look due to him using it in the past, and even he said it was, ESpecialy with the full engine mods avaliable.

Well highlight of the year asking Furi for an opinion on balancing cars. Because Furi is famous for balancing cars out...

Anyone thinking its too fast then go try it. Its extremely difficult to nail a lap consistently. Possibly changes need to setup but I am still struggling.

I got 1:16.7 at Rome, testing online and with the room after Japanese cup. Go beat it then.

I haven't got tons of time this week, so don't think I will test tomorrow. I will probably be miles of the pace for round 1 just hard to find time recently, exams are a pain.

Tonight's schedule:

We'll be simming the race night as if it were next week. Please be in my lounge by 7! If you're not there at 7, we'll start without you.

Race 1: Suzuka - 9 Laps, Pit 3 - 6. Grid will be the same as for Monza Race 1.

Race 2: Tokyo R246 - 11 Laps, Pit 4 - 7. 10-min Qualifying.

Race 3: Grand Valley Speedway - 9 Laps, Pit 3 - 6. Reverse grid of Race 2.

We'll be following all of the rules as if it were a normal race (e.g. about DCs, timings etc).

If you only want to stay for 2 races today that's fine - no points on offer or anything 👍
