I'd be seriously suspicious of anyone who needed telling that. But thanks.

Where we going on Thursday then, for the practice race? Or is it a surprise

Well, who knows. People tend to forget if you don't mention it.

I haven't really decided to be honest, I think it may be worth doing a power one and a handling one, but maybe not ones on the calendar, so we don't spoil the results!

Maybe Suzuka and Tokyo R246. 👍

Do people want to do just 2 races and some hot-lapping, or do a full simulation of next week with all 3 races + the Race 2 qualifying?

I was gonna whine about that too priesty since im good at whining but with 3 races and qualy for one of the races and a long season ahead I will let things play out :)

I think I would prefer two races on thursday, and running on suzuka and tokyo would be fine tracks to try the cars on.
I'm up for it.

The fast drivers always come through the pack anyway. The races are long enough and it should be easier at Monza with the draft.

Besides, Race 2 qualifying is a chance to stick it up the front if you've got the speed.

Haha,

Just surprised me that's all, I'll just try and follow you guys around to get me through the pack!

Some fast guys at the front tho, should make the first race interesting.

I don't see the point in hot lapping on mass, not when you can do that anytime in your own lounge. I like the simulated full 3 race idea. Gets people familiar with the format. Tokyo and Suzuka sound fine. Can flip a coin for the third race. Or go somewhere else?

Get in line as a reserve, gentlemen.

Anyway, depending on whether or not I really need to learn any more for my exam the next day I can participate in the test, so I'll make that known as soon as I've made that decision unless I'm assured it's not required. I wouldn't complain about Suzuka and Tokyo, so that's all right, though perhaps High speed Ring would be be better to test high speeds. I suppose then the reverse layout would work best. Cape Ring Periphery could also be good, but I'm not entirely certain if half a track on the calendar in reverse counts not a track on the calendar.

I did enjoy the races we have had at high speed ring before , its a good track for these cars .

I think thurs should be a full race night so we can all get used to the format 👍

Since you and others want it, 3-race full sim it is then. I think maybe GVS for the 3rd race, or Daytona Road.

Yes and yes. I'll put you in the queue. 👍

Which car F1_King?

The only problem with High Speed Ring is that the Sciroccos are a second a lap faster there than anything else, and the Hyundai has a half-second gap on the rest too. It can't be in the calendar because the results are so inevitable. As I say above, 3rd race will be either GVS or Daytona Road, although we may have a similar problem at Daytona.
