also what is the trick about the nissan? tried it, like it, way too heavy to be a fast car, way too heavy ti be a handling car?

Might do some testing later , enjoying the integra so far , much better than the civic for me so far

What track was that?

Nissan is good on the straights and not so bad in the corners - the heavy steering just takes a little getting used to.

rolo said previously that a 2.02.9 is a decent time...

i tested some of the available cars and the best i got was a 2.04.4 >_>

If you can do under 2:03 then it's good, although it does involve getting very close to having all 4 wheels off track at points.

To be fair karsten I don't believe one-lap pace is as important for you. You always seem to do better in races.

looking for a team-mate :)

Only request i have is to get some training time togheter before the races, and not skipping them :)

car TBA, still have to test them around.

I'd be willing to team up with you if you're still not paired with someone.

Well, it looks like Humberside Racing may have a successful season after my amazing win in Live For Speed this evening; winning by 2 Laps above drivers who have raced cars for more that 10 years!

So - after myself gaining a first career victory with HSR; I think we could be competitive for this Season. So watch out! :P

This was a 30 lap race; and I led from the start...

Also, congratulations to Strawman Andy who claimed 3rd position! The GTPlanet Members showed the IAAG members what we're made of! :P

Did some testing with weezy today and he is on form , the alfa is a good car and weezy looks like a serious contender this season .

Will update the OP later. 5 teams now, good stuff! Let me know when you guys settle on a name.

Weezy's definitely improving all the while - a great example to any newbie that practice and persistence pays off!

The Alfa's handling is a little dodgy but overall it's a competitive package.

I'm going to make a car switch to the Alfa GT. The 330's lack of power is going to do me no favours at all on most of the tracks.

Did u test the setup i gave u sumo?

Also if it is ok for you we can keep the scuderia fronzini name?
Look at my link in the signature ;)

Only managed to test on Monza and Fuji yesterday. Those tracks probably favoured me since I don't run with any aero.

Gonna give Laguna and the Nurb a go later today if anyone's about.

What game is that ?

Noted - Alfa now full. 1 VW left, 1 Honda, the rest have 4 spaces.

Indeed, a BMW season is always gonna involve wins on handling tracks and then damage limitation everywhere else. Not really much I can do about the power when it's the heaviest car... makes checks pretty much impossible.

The Alfa is definitely strong at those two tracks. Twisty stuff might be a surprise to you.

I was already good with the team name, but that little "history" passage was marvellous.

I'm waiting for your profile... Its going tto be added as soon as i get it along the drivers picture ;)

What were times like at Laguna last season???

Got down to 1:34.4xx; but still some time in there. Was 3 tenths up after the corkscrew then ended up in the sand on the next corner. Might be possible to get down to high 1:33's at a push.

Just your own racing story like the 2 there, and a drivers picture!

Btw is the car's coilor ok?
