Do they have that in MW3?I wouldn't mind buying MW2 just to seehow similarthe differences between the two games.
Oh, and I'd like to get a nuke as soon as I can. How hard can it be?
True, all my friends who got headset swears by them. Of course, decent internet connection would help, also. When I play, first two three shots don't count, most games. 🤬 Verizon/Frontier.It makes all the difference if you have a headset. Countless times I've survived getting Commando'd or 1337 QuIkSc0ppeD due to hearing people behind the corner.
Also got two more yesterday - Sub Base (I think - it's the snowy, industrial area innit?) and Terminal. I'd have to say that MOABs are quicker to get (because of the way the spawns are set up in MW3), but Nukes are overall easier.
Not one hacker, at least tonight. I was out of sync at first, then I got the "host pro"(where you are the host, duh). 19 kill 10 death game was actually the bad game. I had a blast! If you thought MW2 was bad, don't even try Cod4. Unless you want to get killed by superman - (some kid flying around the map)

I also enjoy the stripped down, back to basic gameplay of the CoD4. Only downside I guess is setting up a party, then getting that party into team deathmatch. Also, my account got partially locked up by a hacker, so all my stats were erased, and some of my go-to-guns like P90's are locked. I wish that hacker something awful. You've made me want to try it. Again. Still play MW2 online with friends every so often, but you do come across hackers frequently. Last time i played CoD4 i couldn't find an un-hacked lobby, which is a shame because it's probably the purest of the lot. Great maps too.
We had some fun back in the day, but man, the lag one of us would be suffering was headache inducing. I remember having to shoot at not where the enemy is, but where I think the enemy might be now......
This is how bad I am at sniping. Last night, with a .50 cal, I got three hit markers in a row, when the guy finally dropped me with his sniper rifle. I must've been hitting his toes or something. 3 shots with a .50 and I couldn't kill him! That's why i liked some of the more sniper-friendly maps, of which there were plenty in MW1, at least you have a fighting chance of hitting a non-moving target
It never did handle latency very well. Got better with MW2 & 3 though.

You can play CoD4 and I am sure MW2 on PC without hacking issues.
Oh, I remember the old times when I was running with akimbo G18s and having real fun
But now hackers got the upper hand...
I don't exactly know why, but I find MW3 not so fun as MW2 was. I think MW3 is filled with a lot of new features (like "strike packages", etc) too much, making it harder to get used to.
How often do you guys play? (Older titles in particular, MW2 or before).
