Not one 1975 car in the works. So they gave me something like a 74 or 76. I just tried to forget the whole thing. It was sad. Old, no cool cars, blah

LoL

Welcome Paul, you will throughly love this series. So fun. Serious enough to get your race fix. Fun enough to make you want to return for each weekly race. I hit all 3 each week last season.

Race with Paul for a bit now. Good person. Good racer. Very welcomed edition.

^He has not. I've raced with him in Continental's and my Golf series.

Which is beginning testing for Season 2 *wink wink*

Was kinda wondering if the racing tonight, in the alfas, will be 'tuning prohibited' (as it was talked about the future alfa-racing was going to be), or if I got to rush to find some setups for the car for all possible tracks?

@Freaky #2.

Paul has raced with us once or twice, hope he can run the Alfa's!

We will be running the Alfa's with tuning prohibited and on SS tires. My lounge will be open at approx 3pm EST (GMT-5). If you don't have me on your list send me a FR, BrandonW77 on PSN. 👍

Toss up between 1 and 2 Freaky...if I have to choose I'd say #2

Seems to be a consensus toward #2, I was leaning towards #3, but I noticed all the pictures I like never seem to make it to voting, and the one I pick to vote on never has anyone else vote on it, so I thought I'd ask for help, as I was bound to pick the least popular. My taste must be different/poor :D

Thanks again. If I make the voting round I'll put a link in here so you can all vote for the other guys

The Alfa lounge is OPEN! If you haven't adde me yet, send me a FR on PSN, BrandonW77. We'll just do spot races at various tracks, for fun. 👍

🤬 , I completely forgot :( (I was running round taking parents home from a bar then taking them back out after dinner and totaly forgot about the alfa spot race fun. :grumpy:)

Atleast my alfa that I won at some point isn't touched so I can race it.... now just need some handy online races to run it in , but where will I find them? 💡

I spoke too soon. We've all just left. It's almost midnight here in the UK and Brandon's gone to take the dog for a walk (that's not a euphemism!) No doubt he'll be back on again later.

Really had a blast tonight and it was really good to see Jack, Dave and Paul join us. I hope you all enjoyed our somewhat madcap company and I hope we didn't scare you off.

I thought I was the madest in there, you saying I wasnt :(:P

That was a really good time, the Alfa just loves to be raced! Seemed like really close and clean racing all around too. I hope all the newcomers enjoyed themselves and want to join us again! I remembered to save all the replays this time so I should be able to get some nice photos. :)

Definitely close racing all around, even more so than in the Cappy... And the spec car provides a chance for more people to run up front depending on the track and strengths of each driver. I had a blast! 👍

We did have all different people running up front, I was in the mix to win a couple of them and even RDAardvark brought home a victory! If that was a taste of what's to come with the Alfa's I think we're in for a real treat. :sly:

What did you guys think of the tracks we ran? Those are the ones I'm planning to have on the schedule for next season, in line with the 1965 World Sports Car Championship. It is possible to tap the limiter at Daytona and la Sarthe but it's just for a moment and wouldn't happen very often. I really enjoy the night racing at la Sarthe too.

I'm totally happy with the car as is, and would like to see the tracks mimic the real championship as much as possible.
