Ok, as everybody knows, gt2 has Alot of interesting cars that failed to make it into the other games. What cars do you really like that didnt make it into later games.

Where do you mean they are huge? In the garage? I haven't noticed.

But I have noticed this: take a car (any car). Now put sports tires on the front but leave the back tires stock. Enter the 1000 meter machine test (I think..it might be 400 m). During the replay, it shows your car in profile, so that you can view the entire side. Compare the sports tires to the stock (normal) ones...the sports should be slightly bigger presumably cause they are a lower profile.

About the cars in GT2: you've only scratched the surface! I haven't barely explored GT4 yet, but there's gotta be many others not on your list. I'll bet a lot of kei cars didn't make the cut. Sure they're slow, but you can only find them in GT2...and not all of them are total losers! I've been saying for well over a year now that GT2 may have many lacks, but it also has many cars and tracks not found in other games.

no, i know that there are TONS more. i could have went through the game but i wanted to leave room for other people to post cars and i dont have the time. midterms are coming up on thursday and friday and i have to study my a$$ off. and the cars that are posted are mostly the cars that i really like. i also like that other pikes peak car (not the escudo) forget its name

The ZZ2 made it in, but it made it in under the guise of how it was produced instead of the concept. It's really the same car.
And the 106 Rallye did make it into GT4.

That's the Cultus. I've driven only half of the cars on your list. I really love the Phaeton too, even tho it's sort of a useless car. The Espace F1 is cool, too. Another novelty. On your list my very favorite is the Esprit GT1! We had a online challenge thread a few months ago in an Esprit at Grand Valley. I think Angel was there. So was Sucahyo. There's something about it..it's so satisfying, know what I mean?

That's because (if I remember correctly) the one in GT2 is the prototype, and the one in GT3/4 is the one that was produced.

I agree completely, Hybrid. It's just too bad that Vector backed out from GT3/4, because that was some massive publicity for the company.

Thats too bad, do you think that they are still in business?. Id love too see some venturis and vectors in gt5. And like it was said, talk about the publicity they would get.

I miss some of the 90's mustangs that they used to have in the game. Alot of good fords should be in gt4 such as:

rs200 ( road version )
90's mustangs ( like i said )
escort rs ( road version )
Taurus ( Lol, jk but id actually like to be able to use an early 00's Taurus )

Id also love to still be able to get a viper in blue with white stripes ( darn you gt3 and gt4 )

i agree with anyone that said the nineties versions of all the cars. it would have been alot of fun to drive the v6 mustangs with GT4 physics. the neons would have been fun too. i like making economy cars quick dang though! there is a long list of cars you all have posted that makes me want to pull out GT2 again! too bad i only have like 3 cars and no money because of that wicked glitch

I've been there. That glitch erased so much of my data. There is a way to avoid it. Do you test your cars top speed alot? If so you would most likely get data corrupted or what ever that glitch is called.

i think that was it. i really cant remember. when GT3 came out i put GT2 away. i loaded it once since when i played through it in like one week. reviewing the pics posted in this forum i see a Tom's T111. what is that? a tureno?

It is one of 5 cars you can possibly win from the GT300. Since there is no "save and reload" trick in GT2, you may have to do the entire series several times to win one.
