Cars with unusual traits

All cars have wheelspin, even if you drive away very slowly.

Try holding a car stationary on a hill - even a very slight one - with the throttle. Non-stop screeching tires. :)

The brake lights on the IROC Camaro don't have the same texture over them when they are on as when they are off. It's as if the shiny outer body panel disappears when you hit the brake.

All standards are like that, but I know at least a few of my premiums with spoilers show it, though I don't pay attention to all, and most of my premiums lack one.

Was it a wing already bolted on to the car from purchase, or one from gt auto?

The R32 GTR TC always boost at 0.7 bar when in full boost no mather what size the turbo is. Also, same car, the boost/vacuum gauge never shows vaccuum, event when compressing.

The R35 GTR

It weighs 2 tonnes (almost) has less than 500hp yet it blows away cars that weigh less and have much more power.

It handles like no other car in the game, It is insanely easy to drive fast.

If you read up on the R35, you will see why it is such a supercar

Evo X:
The driver always put the car in "D" mode (which shows in the dashboard)
However, he always shift gear using the paddle shifters.

That's in many cars that don't have a manual clutch. For example, the Aston Martin DB9.

They drink up dirty oil and vomit up 25 horsepower.

What else does that?

Also they can rebuild a chassis and engine in record time, manage a smooth start in any car they drive, and man giant precise fans than can re-colour anything they point them at.

Not to mention that they make any car have the same engine sound (even electrics), and that they can turn a giant car around in a tiny garage.

And its because of the single speed gearbox, where reverse is just first gear in the opposite direction, so it goes just as fast backward as it does forward.

Thats not true, the engine is redlined in reverse at about 180-190, its only revving at about 5250rpm at 226 in forward.

In many automatic cars with a manual mode, there usually is a number that is shown to indicate the current gear.

Also the DB9 in GT5 has a manual transmission. 👍

No i'm saying that it's unusual because it defies the laws of fast car physics.

And given that you think the R35 GTR is a lardy arsed droning peice of crap you are retarded and your opinion is worthless.

I must have missed the rules for this thread. I only read cars with unusual traits.

My contribution was one of the few that is a one and only trait.

Going now bye :)

Typical forum nonsense. Like your opinion is the only one that matters. Both of you are right. Gtr is a fantastic performer, it would be dumb to deny that, but review after review says that it has no charm while driving. Just saying, no need to be a douche just because somebody doesn't like the gtr. Especially when in reference to gt5 who gave it borin driving characteristics.

I can't believe how much ignorance is contained withing the quoted text.
No charm? Did you drive it?
Boring characteristics? GT-R is by far the most interesting and amusing car to drive on the limit, since it always goes faster.

If anyone finds GT-R boring and dull then that individual needs to learn to drive it first.

Good call 👍

I'll admit while the GT-R isn't my first choice to drive, the latest TT has been greatly enjoyable. Now that I've been forced to learn how to drive it fast, I might actually use it more often. It's a beast in the corners, which is quite an understatement...

Actually in nfs the run,the gtr is very slow,it is slower than a shelby mustang...

That's because nfs is a terrible game at giving cars traits they have in real life. I remember in nfs carbon the Camaro concept was faster than the Koenigsegg CCX.

The Eneos liveried Lexus SC430 (and maybe a couple of the other ones too) has a steering wheel that tells you your last lap time, and also has a working lap timer too :sly:

I know some of the other SC430's have the rear view camera, which is why I mentioned some of them have it, as it seems to be split between cool useful wheel, and tv for rear view lol

The Camaro '10 RM has a previous lap time display on the dash and the Citroen C4 WRC has a trip computer type arangement on the Wheel.

The Jaguar XJ220, while a road car, has no horn, comes with a height-adjustable sports suspension that has the adjustabilty of a 15,000 cr suspension stock, has no option for air filters, or low-range turbos, and comes stock with a semi-racing exhaust.
