Actually it's hydrogen powered.

Hydrogen is the fuel, which through a complicated process gets striped of its electrons (?) To charge the battery which powers the electric motor.

Kinda. What I meant was, the 300C doesn't feel connected to the ground.👍 The tires seem to only lightly brush the pavement when the wheels spin. It doesn't dig its tires into the cement like a Cobra 427, which can be drifted.:sly: The 300C, on the other hand, loses all association to the road, even if it just barely starts to skid, at which time you die. :nervous:

Hah hah! Sounds like an interesting car. :)
I think i have a 300C lying around somewhere. Maybe i should try it out. :)

It's not the only one, but one of very few, yes. Surely the premium Toyota Vitz/Yaris has also properly working automatic. Some other cars as well, but I don't remember at this moment.

There's a few more than I thought, when I went through some of the cars I had with their stock boxes, these were my favourites:

Jaguar XKR R Performance
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo GTA (Can't remember the model offhand)
Mitsubishi CZ3 (Road version)
Nissan GTR Concept (Both the tokyo motor show and the race version)

My 300C runs fine in track and drift form, better as a drifter. Unless you're only talking about it when stock. I never used mine stock I upgraded it to an SRT-8 as soon as I bought it.

The gearbox in the sl55 amg is actually the only one, wich shifts and behaves almost like a real automatic gearbox.

It surely sounds like a proper automatic, unfortunately it doesn't actually behave like one (no kickdown function for example, or varying gear changes based on throttle input).
I do wish PD would implement this some day, apparantly the PS2 game Enthusia (which 'physics guy' now works for PD I've read) did feature fully functioning automatics.

When driving the 2007 Mustang, the driver doesn't do the shifting motion even though the car has a five speed manual. If it was an automatic it would be a four speed.

The 07 Mustang GT came with either a 5 speed manual or 5 speed auto. The one in GT5 is the automatic version.

Personally I'd rather have an old Mustang with a 4 speed manual and a boat load of torque =P. OOOO that hits I would get on that thing lol

The Volvo C30 has kind of progressive brake lights, the harder you press the brake pedal the brighter the brake lights will light up.
Pretty sure the real car does this too but I couldn't find any info on it.

Any other cars doing this? :)

When I've been driving around, I've followed a few C30's and have looked at the brake lights to see if they progressively light up and they didn't seem to. But they are C30's and not C30 R-Designs. It might just apply to the R-Design models.

The Premium Nissan GT-R Protoype doesn't have a cockpit view; that's also why it has pitch black windows.

G.T.Ace
Because it doesn't have an interior in real life, it's basically a 1:1 scale model as far as I know.

So then what? The driver sits in an infinte void of deep black space? or the real car is just a shell with an engine, and because Nissan & PD are friends they let us drive it, eventhough it's not possible?

The real life Murcielago has a trap which opens to suck air in, in GT5 it doesn't, right?

The Proto can't be driven in real life, it's a stationary Concept, so yes, to your second question.

That's depending on the engine temperature, since GT5 doesn't simulate that, the vents don't work.

2005-2010 Mustang V6/GT have 5-speed automatic transmissions. 2011-current have 6-speed automatics.

I thought I remember hearing somewhere that the gear ratio's used in the Mustang are the ones from the automatic. I'll have to double check that when I get home.

They are the auto ratios.

In unusual traits, you can put a 200,000 credit wing on the 2001 Audi R8 Race Car. Visually, though, it still has the same wing.

:grumpy:The suitcases behind the seats of the alfa romeo 8c:tdown:

Why is that a bad thing?

Citroen by GT Concept car can reverse past 180mph! :embarrassed:

Because it's electric.

And its because of the single speed gearbox, where reverse is just first gear in the opposite direction, so it goes just as fast backward as it does forward. Same for the carts.

And I checked out the rdesign Volvo, and the tail lights are progressive.

Lolol well my person samba bus has some strange traits. It is gold with chrome trim and had been raised to the max to show off it's huge rims with max camber. O ya it also tends to always go on the two side wheels or completely flip when making turns. Nothing funnier than a all gold samba bus in front of you and instead of turning it does a barrel roll.

The 1970 Dodge Challenger keeps most of its interior and the rear seats when race modded, I just thought that was weird.
