A rear wing can really look "out of place" on many cars. The Mini is such a car. What you mean "spoil the look of our cars"?

And the old cars, too!A rear wing can really look "out of place" on many cars. The Mini is such a car.
PS: Are wings and matte, chromed & polarized finishes allowed in Mini Coopers?
I don't think the option is there to add any aero on that car, but it would be no anyway. Like Sick says, we wouldn't want to spoil the look of our cars.
Exactly what it says. That car is not meant to have a wing.
I usually hit 130 just before the little hump, let off a tad on the throttle and then floor it again to go around the turn, and I have huge grin on my face every time!Very good video, MannYhAvitZ.
I was watching the onboard at Schwedenkreuz I think, and those 100mph the Mini was travelling at the time seemed much, much faster. I will have to practice with this beast before I possibly join up the coming Wednesday.
Cool images.You decide...

You should normally be able take it flat out on your own, but surrounded by 5 or 6 other flying Mini's you are going to struggle to get the line: a bit more caution is needed to avoid clipping the curb or grass or another car, as that can really upset your race .I usually hit 130 just before the little hump, let off a tad on the throttle and then floor it again to go around the turn, and I have huge grin on my face every time!
If there was a dislike button I would have pressed it! Wings on road cars are normally hideous things - the optional wing on the Lamborghini Countach for instance created so much drag it cut 20mph off the top speed - I'm pretty sure it was only ordered by professional footballers and others with more money than taste!
There was a Mini modification that was much more tasteful and speed enhancing and I have wittered on about it to Fergus - The Twini Mini. One was featured recently in the Chasing Classic Cars show presented by Wayne Carini.
I'll have the top one please in chrome pink. And if you could add some bigger wheels, it would be great. You decide...

Can I expect it to be delivered by next Wednesday?
I'm thinking about it now! Watch this space. You'll have to attend next week now to see if I do.If we could still gift cars, I would most certainly oblige (on the condition that you raced in it) .
If,
There is a thread in the photo forums called "British Engineering", I've posted a couple of Mini shots in there and those guys live them. You should drop some of your work in there.

Do you think discusting? Or ridiculous? All I can say is yuck, lol.
I meant the wing on the Mini, not your color scheme lolWhat! Not even in chrome pink?
I might have to have a rethink then.
Both.Do you think discusting? Or ridiculous?
OK. If we use wings, are we disqualiffied? Both.

I'm just surprised there hasn't been a Mini Championship before this. Or has it?I never imagined how popular this car would be, I'm definitely loving it, and am glad so many others are having fun too!
I searched google and the forums before I started online racing, and didn't find much mention of this particular car. I was hoping someone was into them so I could join.I'm just surprised there hasn't been a Mini Championship before this. Or has it?
PureGT_GOOFY, since you participated last time and seeing as we both reside in the same time zone,
can you confirm that this event starts at 11:00PM?
thanks

PS: I am from Hermosillo Mexico so it says that I am a -7 PDT Time zone.... soooooo around what time will the SHOW start at my time? Can't figure it out!
