This was a HUGE win for Texas A&M. How the hell do you go into Alabama and beat 'Bama in their house? You got to be kidding me! I always feared Texas A&M would choke away a lead like they usually do. Aggies got it done tonight BIG TIME.

Alabama goes down, and Louisville goes down. Everyone else who hasn't played yet will play crucial roles in how this weekend ends up. Have to wonder what the Top 10 (at least) in the BCS will look like. There is going to be quite a shakeup.

How the hell do they do that?

Tommy. Manziel.

End of story.

West Virginia has entered a freefall of epic proportions. I swart swear to god Oregon could score 120+ on us. We have NO motivation whatsoever. Disgusting.

Fixed.

Search the University of Alabama's football Facebook fan page. Some dope was talking about firing Nick Saban. Really. I swear- some people take losses like they aren't suppose to ever lose a game. So you are somehow deserving to be fired just because your top-ranked team loses to somebody? Some people on Facebook really drive me up the wall.

Oh yes, please fire Saban. I guarantee you nearly half of the schools in the country would be lining up for him.

And people wonder why Alabama is disliked, if you lose 1 GAME, the coach's head is called for.

Washington State All-American receiver Marquess Wilson has quit the team, citing "verbal, emotional, and physical abuse" from coach Mike Leach, who was fired from Texas Tech earlier in his career for making a concussed player sit in a dark shed.

An All-American who has reached that skill level doesn't just quit. Leach may have really done it this time...

Just goes to show the mentality of some people .... hard core, sore ass losers.

Right now, off the top of my head, I could name 10 teams that would give anything to have Coach Saban aboard. Unreal, A&M racks up 20 first quarter points, holds 'Bama to a goose egg. A&M never looked back

The #1 spot this week for the BCS should be Oregon. The #3 Ducks pummeled Cal 59 - 17. #2 K-State won 23 - 10 over TCU, not hardly the score that the BCS likes to see from ranked teams. #4 Notre Dame also won by a score of 21 - 6 over Boston College. Again, not what the BCS likes to see from a top ranked team. With this being said, I think Oregon made a statement with their lopsided win to hurdle over K-State and take the #1 spot. I think K-State holds on to #2, Notre Dame moves up to #3, Georgia goes to #4 .... remains to be seen. We all know how the BCS works :dopey:. Two weeks to go, I think we are in for a finishing frenzy.

The OSU Bucks were idle this week and were handed the Big 10 Leaders division title this weekend. This coming from the 32 - 23 win by Nebraska over Penn State. Wisconsin solidified their Leaders Division shot at the Big 10 Championship Title game with a win over Indiana, 62 - 14. Over in the Legends Division, it's going to be a dog fight until the end. Michigan wins in overtime against #24 Northwestern 38 - 31. Nebraska winning over Penn State bumps themselves into the hunt. Northwestern is still in the mix of it though. Up next for the Bucks, heading North to Madison Wisconsin (Camp Randall) to square off against those surging Badgers.

Conference standings in the Big 10

Leaders Division :
* Ohio State - 10-0 / 6-0
Wisconsin - 7-3 / 4-2
* Penn State - 6-4 / 4-2
Indiana - 4-6 / 2-4
Purdue - 4-6 / 1-5
Illinois - 2-8 / 0-6

Legends Division :
Nebraska - 8-2 / 5-1
Michigan - 7-3 / 5-1
Northwestern - 7-3 / 3-3
Minnesota - 6-4 / 2-4
Michigan State - 5-5 / 2-4
Iowa - 4-6 / 2-4

* Bowl Championship Game & Big 10 Championship game ineligible.

Best of luck to your team(s) this upcoming weekend. Hope to see you at the top.

edit :

Congrats to Justin's Gophers ... bowl eligible. 👍
D3ATHS - what in the hell is going on down there in Morgantown ? W.Va. starts out 5 - 0, Geno is the talk of the town, talk of the NCAA for a Heisman candidate, then they dump the last 4 in a row !?!?!?. This has got to be excruciating ...... sorry man, had all the hopes for you. Here's hoping you can get win #6 and become Bowl eligible and send Geno out on a winning note.

On the subject of going out on a winning note. Since the Buckeyes are ineligible to go anywhere this year, here's hoping that you (the Seniors) can go 12 - 0, beating arch rival Michigan in your final game. Unfortunately, that's the best scenario for you guys. Well, you were just handed the Leaders Division title this past weekend, that's a plus for you guys.

Yes, I've had a change of heart. I hope we do go 12 - 0, who cares about the harassment that will be involved later on down the road.

Go Go Bucks. Look out for '13.

Listen, not being biased but, you do know that Notre Dame will end up losing something I don't know what the rest of their schedule is but they will most likely lose. Also,is that the real rankings because Kansas State,REALLY.Now if Oregon and Notre Dame do go undefeated they will be in the BCS no matter what even if they are number 5 because that is part of the BCS rules.Being an Alabama fan;(diehard,Roll Tide);would destroy Kansas, might have a little trouble with Notre. The only team that might actually have a chance is Oregon.Yes,I know that we lost woopdie do but how long has it been since we had an off week if Alabama could play them again we would dominate. You can challenge that but let me say something Nick Saban for president and Do you have 14?! I should also, let you know we are not sore @ss losers.I admit we lost but we held them to nothing for 2 quarters and we could have won if we would have called a different play at the end.I do believe that Oregon should be #1 they are good but Alabama and always will accept a challenge.Who lost to LSU? Texas A&M. Who won against LSU? Alabama. We are in the #1 conference in the nation and you all cant denie remember that. God bless you.

1. Notre Dame has USC at the end of the year. In South Bend. I don't see a loss.

2. You clearly have underestimated Mr. Collin Klein. See KSU's 55-14 blowout of my West Virginia Mountaineers for example.

3. No off-week isn't an excuse. Texas A&M didn't have one last week (I believe) and won AT your place.

4. Just because TA&M lost to LSU while you beat them doesn't mean anything. Hell, we beat Texas. What did they do that next week? Lose to Oklahoma 63-21.

I am being honest here. You would have a hard time against Oregon's O. Their Triple Threat RB combo includes Kenjon Barner (NFL Prospect), De'Anthony Thomas (The fastest man on cleats since Chris Johnson. You're welcome CAM. =P), and Byron Marshall (Some are saying he is the protege of Lamichael James). Oh, and would you like the Mariota Special? (6 TD's vs. Cal).

The no off week is because we are tired and you never know Usc was at #1 at the start of the year no offense to West Virginia oooooooohh yall are so much.Oregon's O is so much you but their d not top of the line. Our defense might be mostly freshman but we still put up good numbers dont tell me West Virginia could do any better.Like any of the teams yall play are a challenge. LSU,Texas A&M,Miss State(destroyed them even tho they were supposed to be a challenge they were also ranked #11),Michigan(#8),Tennessee,Missouri,Ole Miss.Just look at that. Oklohoma is nothing.

Geez, imagine if Alabama lost *gasp* two games this year. Honestly Crimson Tide fans need to be quiet now and stop complaining that they are in the SEC so they should be in the BCS game by default. Alabama isn't playing Florida this year, nor are they playing Georgia or South Carolina. In fact, they have a HORRIBLE schedule this year. And who do they play next week? Why the amazing opponent of Western Kentucky in mid-November. That should move them DOWN the rankings if Georgia wins their game regardless because only a team like Alabama schedules cupcakes this late in the year.

1. Key word: START of the year USC was #1.

2. Yes, Oregon's D is meh. But listen: The O is so explosive they don't need D really.

3. I will agree with you here. WVU's D is absolutely horrid. But the teams we play AREN'T challenges? If we were still in the Big East, I'd understand, but listen, our conference happens to boast the nations' official #1 team.

4. You really only have two good wins, LSU and Miss. St. the rest of your wins you mentioned?

Michigan has been in and out of the rankings.

Tennessee is what, like 3-7?

Mizzou isn't ranked.

Ditto for Ole Miss.

5. Oklahoma ISN'T anything? They played K-State to 5 Points. That's not something to you?

Im not saying that just because we are in the sec we are by default in the BCS .Honestly I would like to see another conference win the BCS but you can never tell USC might win Notre will go down and be put out of the BCS if that happens then it will be Kansas state and Oregon will duke it out (if kansas does not lose between here and then). If you havent noticed that Alabama's game before the last one is always easy. Don't ask me why it has been that way for a while.Georgia would not go up and we would not go down if we won. NO, Oklahoma is nothing but a bunch of people that think they know how to play fotball. Ohio State? Yes. Oregon? Maybe.(They always have a good balanced offense for anybody that plays any of the NCAA football games but thats a different thread).West Virginia? NO. Kansas State? Out of the picture. Notre Dame? Yes.
Think about it what is the chance of Kansas State winning their conference championship. The only way they could is if they played a team they haven't payed before. Oregon and Notre Dame will duke it out and I will root for the fighting irish if they make it). I would just like for the SEC to win 1 more National Championship to make it like what a 7,8 year winning streak.

Which National Championship game do you think is most likely if all three current unbeaten teams finish unbeaten:

* Kansas State vs. Oregon
* Kansas State vs. Notre Dame
* Oregon vs. Notre Dame
* KSU/ORE/ND vs. (some other team)

This week's action begins on Wednesday night with two MAC conference games. All four teams playing on Wednesday night all have at least seven wins. It's Ohio (8-2) at Bowling Green State (7-3) and Toledo (8-2) at Northern Illinois (9-1). Something about those MAC teams...

Good luck to your team(s) this week.

Oh good Lord .... I am sort of struggling here to make an honest comment about some of these posts. I'm not sure if I'd be putting my foot in my mouth or not by even commenting on these. Due to the lack of punctuation, caps lock, running sentences together, word mumble jumble, makes for a somewhat difficult read. Some are understandable, some are just ...........

Bails out, refrains from commenting.

It's the final stretch, we are rounding 3rd and heading home.

What Heisman Candidates are making some noise for this award ?

Collin Klein ?
Johnny Manziel ?
Kenjon Barner ?
Marquise Lee ?
Manti Te'o ?

Others ?

Looks like I missed something? I still want a Manziel/Klein Heisman and K-State beating Oregon in the big game.

Northern Illinois and Ball State both won at home last night. It was 31-24 for NIU as they clinched the MAC West in beating Toledo. Ball State smashed Ohio at home 52-27.

Tonight, it is North Carolina playing at Virginia. If Virginia wins out, they may make a Bowl Game. I'm pretty sure CAM wants North Carolina to fail on national TV by being upstaged by Virginia.

Good luck to all teams this weekend.

Alright, now its a pivotal weekend for Rutgers. A win eliminates Syracuse and Cincinnati from the Big East Championship so its extremely important that they win this game. This game is more important than the Louisville game.

I wish I could tell UNC haters that the Tar Heels got upset at Virginia, but it was a 37-13 beating UNC put on UVA.

Yeah, but it made me very happy when they tried to pass the ball to the Carolina receiver who would have had a single game reception record at the end of the game, but the quarterback threw it straight into the ground (it was a wide open screen that UVA gave them on the last play of the game) and I just about died laughing. Perfect.

Tonight's games in FBS are in the respective states of Florida and Colorado. There's state pride on the line in one of them...

* Florida International at Florida Atlantic
* Hawaii at Air Force

No BCS conference teams in either game, and the HAW at AFA game is on ESPN2.

Here are just some random games I'm dropping on you all...

* I guess the matches I am most interested in this weekend involve #1 Kansas State at Baylor and the Stanford at Oregon game.

* My Houston Cougars will go into West Virginia to hook up with the Thundering Herd of Marshall.

* Rutgers will collide with Cincinnati in Cincy.

* The [College] Battle for Los Angeles will kick off at the Rose Bowl as UCLA hosts USCal.

* Atlanta is the destination for Duke as they will be hosted by Georgia Tech.

* CAM's Pirates of East Carolina will head down to New Orleans to meet the Tulane Green Wave.

* West Virginia will host #12 Oklahoma, thinking upset.

* Iowa State will be bowl eligible if they beat Kansas at Kansas on Saturday.

Good luck to all of your team(s) this weekend.

I wonder if Tulane will break triple digits in attendance... We better not lose.

Great news for Blitz24 and Omnis. Rutgers took care of Cincinnati 10-3 in Cincinnati. Good job to the Scarlet Knights. Florida State ripped Maryland a new one with a 41-14 beatdown to win the ACC Atlantic Division. So it will be Florida State vs. the ACC Coastal champ in the ACC Championship game. Maryland had an inconsequential touchdown late in the game, but it was already well over (hence it being inconsequential).

My boys, however... not so much. We lost 44-41 at Marshall. The 2012 Houston Cougars probably wished Case Keenum had just one more year of eligibility. Congratulations to all other winners at the time of and beyond this post. That even includes Michigan beating down Iowa at home. Michigan will play at their best friends next week- at Ohio State.

Rutgers and Maryland are in talks to join the Big 10. I hope not but there's nothing that can be done about that. Rutgers can clinch a BCS bid if they win next week and Louisville loses.

Top 25 results

DOWN GOES KANSAS STATE! DOWN GOES OREGON!

K-State got b:censored:slapped in Waco 52-24 at Baylor. And just now- Stanford went into Oregon and beat the Ducks 17-14 in Overtime. More than likely, Notre Dame will be #1 in the nation. Now... who will fill out positions 2 through 5?

College football chaos, GTPlanet! THIS is why college football can be so amazing to watch. It's the first time since December 2007 when both #1 and #2 in the BCS went down in the same weekend. The next BCS rankings are going to be VERY interesting to gauge and observe.
