Haha, mate it certainly has been a manic week for you hasn't it

Do not worry good sir, you know we're all fully understanding here, so relax, take it easy, go with the flow and we'll all see you on sunday for what will be...as always...some great racing 👍

But I'll be on this evening if you do get a little seat time :D

Take it easy mate 👍

Cheers mate :) ... Spoke to you last night and i'll see you on track this evening 👍

If anyone else would like to join me look out for my lobby sometime this evening. I'll be running both Concours and OMRS combos for your practicing pleasure :D See ya'll later 👍

Races are at noon PDT here on the West Coast of Canada, so it would be 9 am eastern daylight time Sunday morning for you; still gives you time for other things after 10:30 a.m. or so 👍

The more the merrier; love the M3; it'll be my 3rd purchase; didn't the OMRS run it in week 2, if I remember right :dopey:

You're going the wrong way with the time conversion. The east coast is 3 hours ahead of the west coast, thus it would be 3pm. I'm not sure I'll be able to get on at that time, but if I can, I would love to join in.

Welcome Diablo 👍 (took a little artistic license with your name there lol)

Glad to have you on board! Even if you're not able to race as often as you would like, its better to be registered for when you can right! :) I'll send you a friend request on PSN now.. If I'm online and playing GT look in my lounge. If there's a few of us racing join in! .. Anytime! 👍

Cheers for spreading the word too Tracker! Saves me a job lol

Hi Captain Roh and all! Really interested to race here. Clean & fair racing is what I'm looking for! and most important : no need to tune!:dopey: If I'm accepted I just will say now that I won't be able to do all races cause I'm participating in an other online championship which is run on sundays too.

Oh boy I will do that. I miss quite a few concours because of day but with this new tournament I have no excuse.
So, SSCS vs Concours when SSCS becomes big?:P

Anyone try the M3 on T-Mtn yet? Curious what some lap times are. I was in the X1 for the past 4 nights, so tonight I am struggling to have any sense what is fast and what is not.

All seem to go sssslllloooowwww after driving X1 spaceship. I tried last night in my online room with M3 in Trial Mountain and I lapped in 1.35 as far as I remember. In Monaco I can't remember lap times but I saw the front tires going off faster than the rears. I guess the weight of M3 in combination with the slow corners and the very high grip lever from the rear axle are to blame for this.

Thanks, that helps. I wasn't much in the mood to run last night, so I only ran 10 laps. The first 5 were getting use to being in a normal car. I was running in the 38s. I can see definitely getting into the 36s with just a bit of practice, 35 is my goal. Thanks for the target.

Couple of questions about Sunday's race. Is the lobby open at 8, or is that when the race starts? How long will the race be set for? Is the 5kg to keep it under 500pp?

Hi, I've been racing a couple of times with SSCS and would like to race with you guys too.

The lobby does indeed open at 8, but racing doesn't usually start till 8.30. It gives stragglers a chance to join, chat and qualify before the race. Qualifying thereafter lasts only 10 minutes however.

As for PP I dont even take notice. I always place restrictions on weight and power. So the 5kg ballast is just to achieve restrictions thats all 👍

Welcome :) I sent you a friend request a few seconds ago 👍

BUMP! :D

Just wanted to let you guys know I changed pictures on the Concours Banner! First time thats happened since its inception! Hope you like it. 👍

Dammit! Forgot to update the race lengths this week :dopey:

What i'll do is, (and this is the same principle I use in testing), is take the fastest lap from qualifying in each race and divide it by 20mins.

As a rule I try to do three tracks at 20mins each week. Sometimes we go longer.. for example one week we had only one race, and I set it up as a 1hr 15 enduro :)

Every weekend you can expect to be busy racing for around 2 hours. Even more if guys hang around after for a mess around 👍

Pic is displaying now 👍

I was worse than usual; fun car, but I am somewhat more competitive on real world circuits (hint for next Sunday):)

had fun tonight guys, will be on next weekend as i finally have a full one off. catch you guys soon and welcome to the guys from the sscs

Who won tonight? MrMulsanne you haven't answered the questions in the first post so technically you're not allowed to race.

I watched a couple of races of you guys in spectator mode tonight & they looked awesome, I was using a wired connection for the first time & there was virtually no lag, seeing 12 BMW's steaming around Tokyo was cool, although some of your paint jobs sucked! :yuck: ;)

I think I might watch again now that I'm a Concours fan, hehe!

:)

Oh, it's kind of tradition to make you're paint jobs stand out. First race there was pink, golden brown, green and chrome. This was all on 458s.:dopey:
I'm not sure if there is any pics of it in the thread but I had my Integra RM in reflex spice. It erm, stuck out.

It was great, we had healthy grids, good racing and a couple of SSCS guys in there too (join in next time VBR!) Congratulations go to Douqa and Crispy on their wins. 👍

...(join in next time VBR!)...

I'll try my best Cap!

By the way, the theme for the next SSCS event has been chosen & revealed, check out the details to see if you're interested, they're near the top of the thread under the GTP dude holding the flag (link's in my sig). The "SSCS Event Format" & the "SSCS Rules & Regulations" have been updated too, & made clearer using bullet points, please read them again if you will be attending, thanks.

:)
