Another top notch set of photos there 👍👍

Quite pleased and a bit surprised to be 2nd in the championship despite a shakey start to the season.
 
Awesome pics as always Omnius. I had a great race, really enjoying both the championship and club cars. 👍
 
I'd rather be at home preping stuff for the teasers but I've still got 3 hours left and NOWT to do :mad: :banghead:
 
If you have nothing to do then why are they paying you to be there? :s All my jobs have sent me home when that happens... Unless you have contracted hours I guess?

My thoughts exactly! But that's it, shift run to midnight, so we just sit around...no good this being paid or not! :indiff:
 
Apart from occupy myself with my phone, we did all the work that there was when we started at 3... Roll on midnight!
 
Bit late I know, but....

Although maybe not this Friday. Omnius I'm afraid to say I may miss this weeks race, I ave been told there is yet another birthday that apparently I cannot miss. Hopefully this will be the only interruption in my season but we shall see I guess.
 
As most of you already know, Season 7 was partly designed in conjunction with with Season 6...

I had earlier revealed those cars (as the Champ car was infact slated for this season but after trials with the MX-5 I had to use it first!!!)

So with this in mind, and as we're going to try a new format of prohibited tuning on the Club Cars for Season 8, I started to think what car would be a nice fit for our S8 Championship Car, to some it may not be a suprise, to others it may even be a favourite. For me it just felt right with all things considered :)

I don't want to give too much away just yet as even with 10 week seasons, we've still got a good chunk of S6 to do never mind rolling on to S7!!! :eek:

But anyway, lets hope everyone likes the next few seasons of the CGT :)


...I've 'hidden' a bit of a teaser somewhere in this thread (I know, there's a lot of pages - plus I couldn't resist) I've edited a past post with a clue, question is can you find it and decipher the riddle? :lol:

First laps at the Nordwand: 1:14.330. I think a 13 is doable!

Love the pits here! They add a about 50secs onto your time.

Update: 1:14.293. I clipped the wall at the 2nd turn... Argh :/

To help another tease has been posted on the CGT Facebook page 👍 but once you find the 'picture riddle' in here somewhere (you can't ctrl F a picture) you should get it :D


As for Friday...that's a bloody good time Fuel! Looks like I need to work on my chicane! Wasting time there :banghead:
 
I think a low 13 is easy with a tow up the hill. I managed a 13.9 by the end of my practice. As for the search, I was searching for an edit ^^

Well its finally Friday! Woohoo!

Only 4 hours on a Friday at work!! :D "Early Lowse" as we say up here :lol:

Cannot wait to be screaming around those Bernese Alps tonight 👍

'Finish' ...but not as in the finish of a race. More of when you're at work and it refers to the time you finish or 'get the last roon'd in before lowse' - when in the pub :sly:
