Coming later this afternoon...

Season 7 Cars reveal!

As you all know for season 7 Club Racing, we're going to try running a prohibited tuned premium car to see how that works with regards to the overall season and who are good racers without the need for set-ups and the ability to adapt to a manufacturers quirks and car specifics :)

As each season is now 10 weeks, the idea is we should see 4 per year as it were (with breaks), this allows me to turn around a season quickly, plus as I test out a few car combinations, I always have cars in 'reserve' that can be used in the next season.

See you all later... 👍

Oooooooh, I like what I see!

RX-7 TC fully tuned is going to be another handful to handle ;) Love that car so much!

Why not start in S7 with a stock 430Scuderia? Not much change from the current spec anyways and the crowds wishes will be fulfilled earlier (plus you get the stripes going through the hood...).

Edit: Heads up for the Subaru: Stage2 Turbo delivers more torque down low (66kgfm) compared to the Stage3 (62kgfm) and same bhp values. More PP for the mid range Turbo!

Just finished up painting mine: Gun Gray Metallic on Hugger Orange wheels all decorated with #48
You've all most likely already seen my Aspen White RX-7 on those nice New Formula Red wheels.

I assume from your pic that we can change the wheels as well on the Club car? Also this could be interesting with a heavy, powerful car. Fun times :D

And I agree with Third here, if we wanna do the No-tune racing sooner we could do it next season. There's no way the Ferrari will handle badly 👍

Yeah as per you can change wheels and colour, this doesn't effect the prohibited tuning.

As for the Ferrari, I was looking forward to running this 'tweaked' one in it's CORE Sport tune, but if enough of you wish to go for prohibited tuning in S7 we will be using the F430 instead, not the Scuderia as I only chose that one as you couldn't put the carbon hood on the F430...

So what's it to be? :)

Ok, but as long as everyone realises that S8 Club will remain prohibited tuning regardless if we do S7 Club prohibited :)

We have, but what puzzles me is why do you have a blue one as your avatar?

Today I got the opportunity to drive the GT86 for real, the TCS was on ofc. Quite good wintertyres, 600 miles on the meter, askingprice was about 32000 euros. It was a 'tiny bit' faster than my SAAB 9-3.

Thats brilliant Cobrius!!! :D 👍

Real photos of 'our' Club Cars...shame it wasn't in your colour eh? :) Loving the red interior console lighting

...looks like you got a bit snow over there! There's about 2 flakes here and the roads are impassible!

Actually this winter I had to dig out my car with a shovel twice (so far). One of them it took me half an hour.:grumpy:

I've got a clean shuffle room open if anyone fancies it,its getting quite full.

That's the RE-Amemiya RX-7 "Touge Mao" Street tuned car. If I had the money, that would be the first car I bought. Coincidentally, this is the car that has the most "self driven" miles of all my GT5 cars :) I could watch the Best Motoring International episodes featuring this car non stop. If Mazda ever builds a commercial 100% Ethanol rotary engine (like the one used in the Mazda Furai) I would most likely buy it.

Btw, if S7 does turn out to be stock, the regular 430 is a POS compared to the sucderia model. I'd strongly advise against it if there is a choice!

I'll not be doing a poll as it's permanent, you can't get rid of it after the event

I think we'll stick with S7 as it is :)

Fuelmyfire
Oh they are? Fair enough!

Yeah, I was able to kindly ask Jordan to remove my poll when it turned out some of you missed the opportunity to multi vote and it was sort of decided what we were going to do, plus I didnt wish to have a poll at the top of the thread for ever more that wasn't relevant :)

Once again I am unable to use my dlc cars after an update... I hope this gets sorted before tonight

Update: for some reason the Playstation store is showing that I have not bought the Racing Car Pack... If I put in the code from my Academy Edition GT5 I cannot download it as I am not given the option. Any ideas on what to do?

Update 2: all is well now... I reset the thing and now it's all perfect. Bizarre...
