With Third_Reign pitting for Inters, Fuelmyfire goes for it and stays out on the Hards gaining 1st place to boot 👍

Not only have Downlin39 & Geordie139 made history today (30+ lap battle) but along with Scanny_Flick are about to be involved in the closest CORE GT race finish for 2nd EVER!!!

From out of nowhere Scanny_Flick takes 2nd! 👍 What a race to just sit outside the podium position for so long, just goes to show how much can change over the course of a 2hr race!

In an epic drag race to the line, it's Geordie139 who takes 3rd from the nose of Dowlin's MX-5! 👍


What an EPIC race! it had the drama, the weather and the racing to put it up there as a race to be remember in the history of the CORE GT Series!

Same here, I managed a 1:30:2xx aswell, car was brilliant, and it needed to be in fairness with all the battling we had.

Just watched the trailers for Killzone 4 and the new fantasy game 'Deep Down' from Capcom - EPIC! Look better than any high end PC game thats for sure! The PS4's architecture will be fine, all working in harmony unlike some PC's with conflicting hardware and drivers Blah!

It's looking good for what GT6 will be like!

It has, but to be honest pretty pointless for the home due to screen cost, plus I sit only 3ft from my screen so unnecessary just to have higher resolutions :-)

Haven't even bothered with 3D, nothing more than a niche market IMO

I'm liking the look of how new developers are on board, the likes of Bungie and Blizzard, I guess by making the PS4, dare I say it, more of a PC spec vonsole with off the shelf parts has appealed to developers who want to create games with a set hardware spec, and as a gamer, I know from my PC gaming days, that was the problem - too many different spec's of PC, too many hardware and software conflicts - so by taking that away and providing a high spec platform that EVERYONE will have in the form of the PS4, it must be a dream considering the 'problems' we have been lead to believe the PS3 caused certain developers when creating games.

I guess we'll know more come E3 in June, but all in all I'm happy with what I've seen and that Sony have had the jump on Micro$oft! The PS4 needs this time to come out before the next Xbox and hit that nice sweetspot on price and I think it will be Sony's turn once again to be this generation of console leader like they were with PS1 & 2

(Bit miffed at the lack of PS3 backward compatibility - will only 'stream' games from the cloud - that will kill your monthly BB limits!)

I don't know why they are bringing D3 to PS4, it's bad enough on the PC as is ^^. I still game heavily on my PC and the problem with consoles is that within a year they are outdated. The PS4 is still very impressive but I don't see it being under £400, especially if they include 4k.

PC are a bad platform for gaming, they out date every 6 months, and to make matters worse because you can upgrade them this effects the games that are developed.

Console don't 'date' in the same sense - its all about the ability of the developer to improve the games we play, look at launch titles on any PlayStation and you'll see that the ones towards the end of the life cycle to be much better than those from launch, and the best part - it's still the same hardware, so in that respect, no console can ever be outdated within a year, it is what it is and better for it, you buy it and can forget about it and just play the games that you enjoy free from the headache PC gaming is, and I know, my last PC was an Alienware - what a waste of £3000 that was!!!!

No games company will ever develop a game for the ultra high end PC market, just doesn't make financial sense, probably only 1% of PC gamers will have a rig at that end, so PC gamers will always get games based in the middle ground with 'some' taking advantage of higher spec parts...with the console, its a guarranteed platform - everyone has the same spec so you can push the boat out and use every part of that system to create your game in, the end result everyone experiences the same - no need to turn graphic detail off or use lower resolutions to play...plus add to the fact Windows 8 looks to turn the PC more into a smartphone and app store, PC gaming has had it's day for me

Really looking forward to the PS4 and its capabilities. some are nice like live streaming, some are cheat like game takeovers. Too bad I fell asleep half way through.

Hah Omnius I will never use Windows 8 unless it changes drastically, it's awful. And no games developers want to use it, Valve etc.

I built my own PC last year, spent £550, and it's able to run high end graphics on games. I do play a lot more on the PC than my PlayStation and I have to say overall the graphics are better on the PC, but I think this is down to the PS3's frankly shoddy RAM and VRAM (when your smart-phone has more processing power and RAM than your console, something is wrong ^^). As an example, I will not be playing Crysis 3 on the PS3. It'll just be nothing compared to the PC version and the same can be said for Skyrim among other "pretty" games.

The PS4 does look like it will change this however, I just hope we aren't going to end up paying £500 for something which we can't even play GT on!

This is turning into a Console vs PC gamer debate haha
