Having a set tune would be tough as everyone drives differently. And especially those on a pad, like me.

I think it would be worth a try to have restricted tuning for a change. Not to easily regulate cheating or anything like that. I just really like the idea of everyone having the exact same car and set-up. So that people who struggle with tunes can show what they can really do when that factor is gone. Basically I would love to have a series where the races are decided solely by driver skill rather than perhaps a set-up being the advantage on the day.
I know setting up your car is always a part of racing but still I think it would be interesting, especially in a series divided into two types of cars for their seperate divisions.

On tonight. Crackin' race again lads! Really frustrated I threw away my lead. I reckon Cobrius and I would have had a nice battle in the latter part. But fair does to him, great racing by him and by everyone. From what I heard there were battles eveywhere. Can't wait for the roundup.

I'm with Fuel on this, can't wait for the highlights, whenever I get my act together with my videos I'll also have my work cut out for me getting all that in. I had many close battles with drivers throughout the field which unfortunately caused one or two incidents along the way so I apologize. Like Third said, it's a pity mine and his connection failed to co-operate at times too because we had some great battles.

The poll is multiple choice too guy's, you can choose from one of the other options as well - I'd also like to see what people think which ever tuning option is popular, what will be popular within that regulation, single models or mixed by using PP.

I had quite a pleasent race after the first aggressive lap. After avoiding some cars I was about 8 seconds behind Fuel but he went off after a few laps and lost those seconds. I found a nice rythm and was in no hurry to overtake.
A few more laps and Fuel got in trouble in the grass again, I got past and managed to extend the lead very slowly. After the pitstops I came out with 4 or 5 seconds ahead and managed to stay on track to take the flag.
There are so many good custommade tracks and this one is up there among the best. đź‘Ť

I had a cracking race. Got a bit caught up in the lap1 incident on the first bit of the new part of the track, but came out relativly unscathed. My lap times were consistent low 32's until the tyres went off. Last 10 laps or so chasing Jammy and Geordie were awesome, and I eventually got past Jammy at the mini inverted carousel type turn at the end of the straight, and was gifted 5th place when Geordie went on the grass on the last lap. Fastest lap was a 31.6.

Just gave my vote. I'm all for stock one-makes. Its some really fun racing. With the current PP changes, unbalances swung from one end to the other, I try to avoid anything that is only PP limited.
Limited tuning is hard to enforce (and always seems to exclude LSD adjustments with you guys -.-). Mixed series are fun as well, but the balance is a major challenge to create and maintain. I hate seeing a fun car not being competitive because some choose the fastest in the specs. Premium car stock one makes are easy to enforce and open a lot of possibilities to explore underused cars

For Season 8 Club that is....S7 is already sorted so we'll try the new layout come S8 to see how it works out for everyone đź‘Ť
Fixed car with prohibited tuning, so stock this time will mean stock I know what Third means with having a mixed series, looks and sounds good, but he's right with all these PP changes, we could end up with a 'boring' Club season if the 'halo' car is found and chosen by too many...
At least this will definately have a clear line between Championship and Club! Fully tuned cars vs showroom spec....From the ultimate racing master to the ultimate racing driver, who's the better driver with the mechanical know-how in the Championship to the racer who can take a stock car to the top with the spec the manufacturer intended in the Club đź‘Ť
Oh and incase you were all wondering where the poll has gone....I didn't realise that they are permanent!
so I've had to nicely ask Jordan to remove it as once we'd get past the point of the poll in the first place, it would still be there at the top

That's it (you can still paint and change wheels), so all your 'tuning' time will only be needed on the Championship Car...only track time will be needed for the Club Car come Season 8

Btw Oil also gets through prohibited tuning. Quite happy with the result. I dislike standard cars because of the lacking interior. I'm a driver's view racer (even if it is a huge disadvantage in rain {you cheaters!}).
