YES! Every sim racing fan needs buttons! I'm happy to supply them
anyone ever tried attaching a DSD seq shifter to a Fanatec Rennsport Stand? I'd like it mounted on the shifter adapter plates. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas.
I have a TH8RS but I'm honestly way to lazy to always be switching it between H shift, ebrake and seq.
BTW Derek, products look great
Derek, with your two piece boxes, it looks as if they will mount directly to the csw/re bases. In reading you post in another thread, i noticed you have order a csw.
Any plans to figure out and utilize the data port on these wheels? Or design box mounts for your "older" box designs and future boxes?
i really love the new designs, the max mini is really cool, and the "name tbd" look good aswell, i'd say 1 covered safety is enough (and also needed to look cool) and a button to start the engine, now i will have to wait for these new designs to come out
would you consider making a mini max or mini box with that particular layout?
i guess though with that mounting it would be easier to mount anywhere, not just the fanatec stand. would you post more pictures of the mounting later?
Derek have you ever considered offering a button box that will hook straight to the accessory port of the ECCI Trackstar 6000 wheel ? It has a DB-9 connector that offers up to 20 extra buttons .
Hi Dereck,
there are a few pics of my Black Max II, received yesterday!
I mounted it on my wooden cockpit with a RAM mount, as you suggested and it fits wonderfully!
Last perfectionist trick, I'm waiting for a angled usb cable that I found there
Now, I'm gonna test it!

Lets hope customs does not see it as a bomb triggering device....
Mister button man ,
Does the FVS II need a powerd usb hub, or is the power, coming from the usb port enough? (The box works in last mode, but i don't know if that's enough power).
Second question: About to mount the box, i might want to drill trough its back.
First i unscrew the back plate, but what's the best way to drill without braking it?

Plug the device into a USB port. Any USB port on your PC is sufficient. As for mounting, I don't recommend or advise to disassemble my devices. Use velcro, but mounting is outside of what I can guide. Each man knows his needs the best.

NB - the simplest of all mounts is to take a small piece of thin wood, drill two holes in it to mate to a Ram Mount; those holes are 1/4" and spaced at 1.915". A piece of wood (or plastic of similar thickness) around 4x4" is good.
Then secure the wood piece with two flat head fasteners with nuts. Then put the fuzzy piece of velcro on the wood, using enough to cover it. Then put the hook piece of velcro on the back of box. Stick the box on the mount and get to hauling ass
