Sorry for leaving the race, but I had some terrible input lag on the new TV. I would've been a hazard for everyone else, so I quit. I've figured out the issue though, so I should be good to go next week.

damn DFGT the brakes stay engaged, I stuck it out last time but this course its almost impossible to lift the brake on all the straights.. I gotta call Logitech has anyone else had this issue cause it starting to get old, or is it just the fact that ive had it for a year and its lifetime is up?? Eithier way I gotta get this problem fixed cause its ruining my enjoyment of the game..
 
Thats very sad chatty yes dfgt is a chep wheel that can happen fast.
You was really fast in free practise.
I hope you can get a new wheel very fast.
Or can you fix the brake pedal??

Vizio E3D470VX. I couldn't figure out why the input lag was so bad, but then I found the game mode setting, which takes out the video processing. Much better. I also tried out GT5 in 3D... I can't decide if I prefer the clarity of 1080 or the depth of 3D in 720p, but it's a pretty neat feature either way.
 
IDK man i just took it apart and it works fine again i think i just am going to have to keep on dissemabling it after or before every hard run I cant figure it out the wiring and evrything was good tried differnt ports everything its like the thing has a F U gremlin in it like any chance I have of doing well it just goes F U and starts acting up. I wish I could afford a nice wheel but thats alot of money, and even sending it in is costly so IDK man it makes me not even wanna race anymore honestly, cause it just makes the whole experience un fun.. IDK
 
I hate quitting like that in the middle of a race to but i just couldnt deal with it I apologize for that, I gues the only upide is at least i didnt leave for good and everyone got the right aount of money and experience

IDI If GANGTSTA"S tqctic was to wotk everhone out b4 race start but i was really getting ticked off and sent a msg but it was censored. I have deleted him as a rriend, didnt respond to any of the 10msgs he sent me. I wzntec to say a lot but i figured i'd be fuming and get my head in the wrong place during the race so i kept quiet. I just wish he coulda said that to my face, but mostly people like that have got not peoole skills and know they cant get hurt online.
Anyways, good race, my tyre strategy didnt work with mediums in front n softs rear n 1 stopping, back to the drawing board (with pad)
 
advantage of wheel for the racer remains. but if the distance is too long on some point you come in a window where the time you loose is extraordinarily.no longer in the frame. this is no longer driving then.i saw next will be indy 50 laps it seems hard too for pad . cause i know wheel you can do easy 2 stops. maybe we can change distance there to 45 laps? it is till hard and impossible and an Herculean task .the advantage of the wheelracer is not gone no worries! still my tyres down a lot faster and i loose more and more. so please lets change distance there to 45 laps. what does it bring you? when you say no only to annoy me? i m not racing you guys im racing immortal and potato. and to go their pace with pad is only possible with a tyreconsuming that is outstanding. if we would do 40 laps i would slow down a lot the last 3 laps before pit compared to the wheels. so please lets do 45. is it really too much to ask?

and remember the racedistance was set for the old tyrerules 1 stint on hards. but anyway. it would be just a nice move to make it not impossible for me and have a bit fun. it is hard enough to go on start and to know you have no chance vs wheel. but this tyresconsuming to this distance with pad makes it like we wuold take part in another event. this is no fun . it would be a nice move if we cut the distance only a bit that i dont come too long in this window where i have to bear the car .

Sounds like your potentiometer/s are on the way out i had the same thing with my DFGT. The good news is if its only a year old Logitech will replace it free of charge even p&p is arranged:tup:
Logitech couldnt have been more helpful.:)
 
Pusher, I don't think you'll get anywhere near immortal on a pad :lol: its hard enough on a wheel :) and the laps weren't set for the old tyre rules, they were just borrowed from the FGTC, so immortal might change them.
 
Chatty i hope really you stay you are really a good Driver.
We have a Race Calendar and Laps i never have thought when i set the Laps that we get so much problems.
Its for all the same.
I have see GANGSTA is banned on GTP now.
 
Banned? How can someone with such a sunny disposition towards others be banned?
 
Immortal nothing is wrong with your races dont let that jerk get to you hes just a child with a dirty mouth and that is all. If you lower the laps then that would make it pointless to practice and tune, I mean the one thing I hated about most leagues is that you spend hour tuning for a 20 minute race. And Im not gone oh no way just frustrated itll get figured out and thanks for all the advice guys im calling logitech now so we can work together and solve this problem..
 
haha, that guy is a trip hes defifnitely the first four letters of toolo4sno"s name. On that note Immortal why didnt you quick him man, you owe him nothing and he was just and ass the entire time or is it because noone is showing up anymore??
 
I sent my wheel today, the post office said it'll be delivered to logitech on Wednesday, i just pray that they send the new one as soon as they get the old one and i might get it back before the race.
Seeing as i might be on pad, can we make Indy 2 laps?? Sounds familiar?? ROLMFAO

Indy Road this week...awesome!!! One of my favorites. I hope to finish top 5 here. :drool: Will have to make some time to practice. The set up I have is 👎 everywhere, but it's 👍 at Indy Road.
 
Yes Joe Indy Road is also one of my favorite tracks but its the first time in a f10 on this track.
 
You in an F10 i'd expect an easy low 1:07 maybe a 1:06 even.

This is one of those track's again where the F10 can have an equal of better advantage to the F2007.

Ive had some good races here before its usually a close fight.

Corner 11 is my favorite one. It's Corner 6 for me. Have you done any laps here in the F10 yet?
 
I dont know which times i drive here i drive Thursday my first Laps here.
But i think it should be a very close Race here.
