A month for Indy now Oh well. Things were going terribly today. Servers just weren't cooperating. A shame because I felt really good about my chances.

Every car is awesome on it, haha. The only problem with the Redbull, isn't in the dirty air. It's when you get tapped by another car. It seems to understeer the car more than others. Maybe the ground effect get disconnected or something like that? Was there even ground effect on that standard car in Argos championship? lol.

I'll still open it normal time, and we could delay by 20mins or so, and I don't mind missing Q, i'll be at the back anyway lol.

The amount of people who think that welsh is common here though, met some german students today, had to tell them how no one speaks welsh lol

Indy 500 will possibly be this weekend, however with numbers being low and the way the game is, do people wish to continue, and if not just say so 👍

So how are we going to do the Indy 500 anyways, just have Q right before the race like normal? You can set laps at 200 now I see, so a normal race outside free run is do-able.

Yep, 200laps will be set for the race and qualifying will be 10minutes of all in, allowing people to try get some slip. (may be 5 minutes due to the extra length race an dhow pole won't really matter much )

Damage light or heavy? I'd be leery with heavy on an oval... That's another thing, what are we doing about contact/bump drafting?

Firstly, this is a damage championship. Why would you turn off the damage? The driving is arcadey enough without the fear of damage been taking away. Damage should always be on. It's always on in motorsport. Infact, you will find it can't be turned off. You do get to come into the pits and fix the damage quickly. Remember that there's no glory without suffering.

Secondly, I logged on to say I will not race tonight but writing about the thrill of driving with damage has made me think about changing my mind, hahaha. Just carry on as normal and if I'm in the room, I'm there.

damage will be heavy as usual. Everyone here are capable drivers and there shouldn't be a problem hopefully.
Although I will say no bump drafting. With these cars even the lightest touch can give you engine damage, so it's better not to really.

Another thought is laps. Working it out we're looking at a 2.5 hour race at 200laps. Would people prefer to cut it to 100 laps so we run just over an hour?
