[FGTA]Formula 1 World Championship - GT_Vette is Champion over DrAug and xChris93_!Finished

I'm guessing you saw the worst you've dealt with online thread?
Nope. And I don't care what anyone said over there. Just please edit your post. If you have any disagreements with each other, take it to a private conversation. Not this thread.

I did. And I did say specifically for him to not attack me on this thread.

I missed the excitement lol Ryan has really found his way with the Lotus the past couple of weeks now, and Yad is showing real pace too.... I'm glad RTRacing is bring a major update to our cars for Tokyo!

Now 2nd, absolutely love this car! Plus that was one of the best gt6 laps I've ever put together lol, couldn't believe it when I crossed the line. You definitely don't get that sense of achievement on battlefield or cod haha. I reckon it would be pretty good fun if we had a championship for this car as well, I wonder how tyre deg etc is with it.

Noticed this video on youtube earlier and thought it would be a good idea to share it. The nostalgia is real lol! This should definitely be the intro to our races from now on haha :P

Hi! Can we have the driver's brief for Tokyo? Laps, etc?

This is going to be a very interesting race, Agro's 'home' race, the track where Aughablo ended Immortalpilot's winning streak, where Evo has stunning pace (the best I've seen so far) and Chris has finally consolidated a win, and will look to capitalize on his new found confidence... as for me, I've managed a full fuel 1:12.3 but there is more to come... and all this without going to the DRH settings!

Wouldn't any car that generates downforce, rather than equilibrium and lift, have a dynamic ride height? I'm pretty sure any changes we make in a setup for suspension and aero, sans the alignment, is essentially changing the car's dynamic ride height. You can see in the data logger.

I'm usually out of my house every Sunday around room open time for a bit over an hour. Because of those real life circumstances, I've never really been able to make it to qualifying. However, I still try to join in on the racing fun because that's why we're here; to have fun.
I wasn't able to race last weekend because the official race start was coupled with the in-game qualifying system, and me arriving late for qualifying meant I was excluded from the race altogether (which would have started automatically after qualifying, even if it was before 16:25).

That being said, along with the consideration that half of my weekends are the only times I get to practice for the races because of my hectic job, I won't be able to race with everyone anymore.
I'm still interested in the series and I enjoyed watching every bit of the previous race, so I'll probably still be looking on from the stands.

Best wishes to everyone.

Qualifying used to be 20 mins here I think? It seemed too short at Monza, its hard to get a decent lap off anymore with traffic. Traffic at Tokyo could be worse as passing is harder and the track is shorter.

I'll have to get on and practice, I've been playing Grand Theft auto San andreas, it was 3.99 on PSN I think. You know its been 10 years, I cant believe how long ago that seems haha. Maybe some here weren't old enough to play that game when it was released. Man when I'm 50 yo there's going to be some serious sharing with the younger generation on how games used to be. I remember when GTA 3 came out right around 9/11, haha that game was the bomb when I was a kid.

Q was 20 min in GP2, but it was shortened to 15 min, because IMO Q doesn't need to be 33% of the race distance.

:( That's sad news for me personally, you were the same pace as me and I enjoyed duelling with you, the only difference was you made a few more mistakes and those would have disappeared in a few races under your belt...
