Nah, I can't drive the other cars - the GT-R is the only one I can get a podium with because it requires so much less throttle control - but apparently it's actually about speeding into the pits...

Ok guys, I found this out last night.

If you fly into the pits, it gives you a stop and go penalty. If you brake whilst coming into the pits, it lets you go on as normal. I found this out whilst testing last night.

Try it without shooting into the pits, brake before entering.

Speeding in to the pits? I admit i floored it in but had no idea that there was any punishment for that?

Edit: Do you have to brake to a certain speed or just brake?

Brake at certain speed (I think its about 60ish mph)

Haven't set a time since testing, but I know for a fact that's a competitive time.

Monday: Road Course @ V8's (complete)
Saturday: Oval @ NASCAR Trucks
Sunday: Road Course @ this...

At least I'm getting experience in it

i just done a 1.45.610.

We should test my hosting abilities if we can before saturday, though my GT5 time has been limited as of late.

Test mine as well, I'm always guaranteed to make it unless I'm terribly ill or injured (and I haven't been ill since Valentine's Day in 2010, plus never injured so badly I couldn't use the controller). My long distance to everyone except Niko might be problematic, but I've gained trust with my connection...
