Indeed. But the one in GT5 is the ALMS M3. Teams can compete in multiple leagues. Making them usable for multiple leagues. Check the info on the car and look at the decals. Has red and white "GT" decals on it for its class.

How would people feel about a realistic F1 Series after this? We would do it by the book, with the two compound tyre rule, the set distance of a GP race etc, with FGT's tuned down to F1 level.

i thought this FIA GT1 Series was gonna get further on after this season with new cars brought in etc... so you want to give up on it after 1 season? 👎

I am not running two consecutive seasons after each other, I tend to have breaks before continuing the series.

I will run the FIA again but after I try something else new.

I have been thinking of ideas for the FIA GT1 so do not stress

Truth is, this game has very unrealistic F1 cars that require ultra mega hyper fast reaction times to keep on the track and still drive fast. F1 06 was a much sweeter game, because the cars didn't go 400km/h on every decently long straight and were more realistic in every other way as well. That I played for long...

Yeah, because thats very unrealistic that hyperfast reactions are needed, it's not as if F1 drivers have to be like that or anything because the cars are actually like that in real life....

Isn't the Ferrari F1 cars pretty easy to drive? I've only done it once or twice but they felt easier to drive than the FGT.

I'm sorry, have you ever seen the Red Bull F1 simulator that the actual drivers use? I saw a "mortal" try and use it, he was spinning out under braking, under slight acceleration, sawing away at the wheel, spinning again...

GT5 makes it easy.

Theres a reason for that. Using Ferrari only sucks, the grid looks stupid. Also, the FGT is more of a challenge to use.

I was just worried it might clash a bit with the IndyCar series, but to be honest we run ovals in the schedule with comfort tyres so it shouldn't be much of an issue (unless you want to do that aswell )

I was planning to copy and paste your series.

Only kidding, I am trying to replicate F1 as much as possible, so we will be using R Hard/Medium/Softs and no ovals...

I have a queston for all of you. Basically, I have two ideas for a series to run after this one.

My 1st idea which I already have been working on is a Formula 1 Racing Series using severely detuned Formula GT's. I have already devised the calender for this series, but today I had another idea.

My 2nd idea would be called "International 90's Supercar Challenge", and would involve the Corvette Z06 (C5), The Ferrari F40, The Honda NSX and the McLaren F1. I would do my best to even out the cars nicely, and I am sure they are even-able. (Is that even a word?)

So yeah, talk amongst yourselves.
