As for the unfair refereeing,...I don't think it is. McCarthy declaring that a boot in the head isn't a free kick is just ridiculous.

I know that if a team has four players sent off then the game is abandoned. I'm sure I've watched games where five players have been sent off and they've continued to full time.

Tell me about it - I had Klose in my GTP team, and Podolski in my other two teams - I can't believe Podolski missed a penalty, and I see that he had a number of chances that went begging... time to start getting a bit more creative with my choices... so far, the 'big names' have pretty much all been a let down...

And, Ghana FTW in Group D!... I reckon England will probably get characteristically lucky and avoid Germany in the 2nd round by virtue of them both finishing 2nd in their groups...

edit: One bit of cheer - aside from the sweepstake I organised at work, there is also a score prediction competition, £1 and 185 staff members taking part. The first round results were posted in the coffee room this morning and I'm currently 8th overall Even better, my German workmate gave me some of the credit for 'advice' on his selections, and he's currently No.1!

Ho yes they did. france team is rubbish. French presse news paper is more strong than England news paper, and it's normal.
