Gentlemen, if you have been tagged in this post, it is because you have participated in one of the last five FITT Challenges either as a tuner, tester or both. A month ago I teased a potential challenge as did DolHaus. Together, they would make an interesting challenge. So here it is: FITT Blind Challenge, 2 classes each run by myself and @DolHaus.
I would take the first class - S2000 vs RX8 @ 450pp on SH likely run at Grand Valley East REVERSE. Class run by Dolhaus, GT300. 3 cars to choose from on RH @ Tzukuba. Here is the catch, all tunes must be submitted through PM to myself for Class 1, to DolHaus for class 2. We would then post them publicly as numbers, no one would know who's tune was whose. I would tune for class 2 and test for class 1, Dolhaus would do the opposite to remove any bias and to not test our own tunes.
What I am looking for is a potential head count of interest, would you be willing to tune, test, or both. We would like to encourage every tuner to tune for one class and test for the other, this would be preferred so that no one would test there own car helping to keep their tune a secret (so to speak). I understand that not everyone wants to test and that would be ok also, depending on turnout, you could choose one class. If you would like to be a tester only (and it would be appreciated as we always need them) you could do both classes.
There are more details to be ironed out by this is all I will say for now. Looking to see if we can pull it off as mentioned or do we need to make some changes to tuning limit(of only one class)
Please feel free to give your opinion and let me know if you are interested in trying a different attempt at a challenge. It was done once before similarly in GT5 and went over rather well. Trying to redo it but just slightly different. Any questions just ask.
Thanks for allowing me to ramble,
Bowtie.
Looks good, but as others have said, will depend on timings of deadlines.
