Thx MrGrado :)

Shmogt, sorry thought it was not accepted yet.

I have 4 more cars to test and im done, the problem is the HDD of my computer finaly past away this morning, and i lost all my car reviews grrr

I think i saved all replays at least so i can see the time and the car handling...

Heres the run for Osprey73's 3400 S

I'd just like to thank you for putting this video up.

It's been such an inspiration to me, I've since beaten my best times on the Nordschleife across the board and I couldn't have done it without this video.

👍

EDIT: Finished the 550PP testing. Here are the times:

Praiano: Challenger SRT8 – 7:02.059
Onboy123: Corvette Z06 (C5) – 7:04.389
Shmogt: Corvette Z06 (C5) – 7:06.099
Wildheart: IS-F – 7:06.590
Mike_gt3: IS-F – 7:07.305
CSLACR: R8 4.2 FSI R Tronic – 7:08.864
Theo777: C8 Laviolette – 7:11.535
ACSR421: LFA – 7:11.674
Desperado: XKR Coupe – 7:13.343
DigitalBaka: 458 Italia – 7:18.725
Ugabugaz: Enzo – 7:18.785
Krenkme: Challenger R/T – 7:26.150
Ridox: Skyline GT-R V-Spec – 7:26.493

I may go back and do some of the 450PP cars and see how they feel now. I could probably shave some time off some of them. Still gotta think about my DC's now though, this system is different from Krenkme's shootout so will have to spend more time working it out.

Who are all the testers and are they all listed on front page?

Also I suggest the deadine be moved ahead of the maintenance in case pd messes with physics makibg tunes obsolete again. Maybe its wishful thinking on my part but cars were more responsive to tuning pre 2.09 abd tuning was more fun for me at least. So I kinda hope for a fix to unfix both 2.09 and 2.10 to a degree. I ca do without the reverse height bs though

Johnnypenso, fr sent. :)

Wildheart90 you have to accept my friend request so i can test your car, its the last one on my list. :)

No reason to change the deadline, if they change it to a degree the cars really need retuned, we'll see where that leaves us. (probably quitting shootouts  )

Hey now no quitting.I've sent out FRs to ugabugaz,MrGrado,Osprey73 and Wildheart90,as they are the last ones left to test for me.I'm having a blast doing this, and I hope to have until the due date to finish up good and proper.Cheers.

The results aren't in your favour, to be honest. I've driven your C5 to see what the difference is though, and it's really just your car is tighter, while my car is looser, and that's about it. The gearbox was another factor, but I think the tester's breakdown of each car would tell us more than my own PoV…so yea, Slacker, how many more results do you need until you can reveal the 550PP feedback?! :grumpy:

We all have to wait until the 17th. It's not a question of him getting all the results in. :grumpy:

Only 2 testers have posted their 550PP times and three the 450PP times. So it'll be a while yet, especially with new testers coming on board.

Oh yea…I assumed Mike did his bit for 550PP already. ARGHAHHHH, SLACKER, Y U SO MEAN TO US THIS TIME?? You know we can't wait for the feedback and frankly the times can screw themselves for all I care, yet you…you…arghhhhh…*head pops from frustration*

Yes, I want dem results. Really badly.

I just have my 550PP feedback, don't know about the 450PP , only DC on my excel sheet. My computer mouse is crazy , sometime doing things by himself.
I have to refresh my memory driving all 450PP.:ouch:

finallly viewed the video mike. Nice drive!.

Quit shortshifting ;). Shoulda left it in 5th on the uphil fast section halfway through the lap. The gearing and powerband are so setup that you will put more power to the wheels in a lower gear all the way to just before fuel cut (ie. past the power peak) than you will shifting into the next gear. So let that motor scream, she loves it. ;)

Would have been good for an extra 0.005 of a second ;)

Simply amazing time there Mike with my Jag.👍👍
Obviously have to wait until the end to see your feedback but I'm guessing that the push in mid/high speed corners is what's holding it back from being even quicker. Will definitely have to spend a bit more time with it after the shootout ends and see if I can get it handling a bit more like how I want it.

Yes Mike, incroyable... Where are you shaving all this time?? i try and i try ......but i stay far. No way for me , we play at a different level.
Congrats , i'm happy to see my car leading.

Thx guys!

I can test your Jag later no problem Doug! :) all i can say is it have some good potential! :dopey:

Thx Laurent!, your car is definatly fast, i was hoping to stay close with the IS F but no... 👍

Your driving is very good too!

i tried to give all the cars equal chance to show what they can do, didnt spent a ''lot'' of time, but enought to be within 1 second from a good lap. some felt natural , average was 4 laps, 2 cars only needed 2 laps, and a few needed a lot more focus, thats mostly on what i will base my rating. :)

I'm not gonna lie, the former champ isn't doing as well as I hoped. :(
Amazing times as always Mike. 👍

My internet "should" hopefully be working again by the time I get home from work tomorrow. (there that is again haha)

Gonna be a busy week/weekend for me. :scared:

I'm betting with its aero yours is an easier car to handle through the corners than many of the others. Thinking it's your relatively low top speed that's holding it back as I expected. Just can't make up enough in the curves to compensate on the faster sections.:(

After seeing the results so far I'm really starting to regret not spending more time on the Jag instead of trying to squeeze the last little bit out of the S15. The Jag has more untapped potential I'm thinking and I overtuned the S15 instead of just calling it good enough.
With the length of the ring it's a bit tough sometimes to tell if small improvements in time are from adjustments to the tune or just a better lap by the driver.:dopey:
