I am in the low 3:33 now but there is a problem with the Blackfoot Shear ft Point-To-Point track, the red arrow in the picture below shows a little dip in the track which unsettles the car and it should be fix now, because I am not going to do anymore tests until it get fixed thank you ;).View attachment 481423
As @DolHaus said it's a feature ;). It's caused by an anchor point in that spot but if they removed it the entire turn would change it become a small sweeper.
And it's so nice to have internet back, was down all day yesterday due to the weather here, bad storm knocked it out.

We had a similar problem yesterday when the wind took some trees down and the phone lines went with them, only took a few hours to sort out though

Here is my tune for the Blackfoot Shear ft Point-To-Point track using my G29 wheel. I can get it in the low 3:33 with this tune and also this car handles well and it will be interesting to see what the testers think of driving this car whether they are using a DS3 or a wheel, I really love this car because this tune suits my driving style but I am a bit :nervous: and I am still learning tuning.

Maybe I'm cranky or just not feeling this 450 event, despite it being a favorite class of mine but this track just isn't fun at all and I don't feel it's worth any effort. Especially as there's only 3 testers signed up. That's got to be an all time low?

Haven't even tried the Sierra event as I think Sierra is by far the most boring track there is.

I'm not backing out yet, but I'm totally not feeling this in the least.

There is a reason I am not testing on the downhill track and it's only partially due to my limited interwebz. The track has its good points but it's hard to get good consistent laps which is required for testing.

If you don't want to be involved then you don't have to, otherwise please keep your negativity to yourself, we're doing the best we can.

The sierra time trial was put in so people who can't get online could still get involved but at this stage I feel it is somewhat of a pointless class as some of those who it was aimed at have not made an appearance.

It's just an opinion Dolhaus, not a big deal. 👍

Believe me, I was very exited when I first saw the event posted. You can see it in my entry post.

Here, I'll make it easy. I'll withdraw from it. Done deal. 👍

Here is my tune for group 1.

I would sign up as a tester, but I think that would be an unfair advantage since it's my course.
Non sense. Nonsense I say. Testing is not the challenge it's the tuning, track is a very good thing for testing lets you push a car to its limits in each turn to see just good it is.

As for the turn it's the double right into a left. The second right is more or less a divot in the track my experience with the builder says that's a anchor point to force a kink in the track so if you delete it it would go from a sharp double right to a hard sweeper right if the app can redraw the track with in limits of the width.

I saw we were short on testers also a couple days ago. I'll sign up for group 1 tester DolHaus. I would also encourage anyone on the fence to give it a try.

@Frenzyhero , We really need you now to balance the "tester Curve" ! 👍 Its an average lap time across the testers. Your super fast time will offset my slow time. I am not the most aggressive driver and my times usually show it.
