Of course they do. That's why I was heavy set against the 520 for that series... adding 80PP to a stock M3 just makes it not an M3 anymore. :(

The only way to do a true stress free spec series is to allow full mods, or just base it around one of the recommended garage cars.

Oh I know it's working just fine. We have the best bunch in this series and I don't think trust is an issue at all. But it does allow you to avoid the headache of making sure everyone is on even ground. And for my series, it's not so much that any/all mods will be allowed as they will basically be required. I suppose you could choose to NOT do all the mods, but you'd be seriously left behind if that were the case. :)

My only reason for not competing in a series like that is that I very rarely fully tune any of my cars.
 
As do I. But trust me, this little car is a blast fully tuned. It's the only one I've done the irreversible engine mods on (aside from the NC).

Just a heads up guys, Sony has said it may take a couple days to get PSN working again. If this is the case, we may have to postpone this weekend's race.

Might not be a bad idea to postpone until next weekend regardless of PSN status, as it already sounded like a lot of people were trying to work in their Easter commitments...

Good point. I'm sure a postponement might be good, that way everyone can come back the next weekend and rock!
 
Well, my throat hurts, but altogether having a good day. I'm all sorts of stressed out trying to choose which college to go to :P All I wanna do is get home and drive right now :D

Yessir it did :) It wasn't all that bad really...Not pretty by any means, but pretty awesome when it comes to lifestyle :D Every conversation ended up being about cars :dopey:

The girls thing didn't really phase me cuz of my awesome personality :crazy: :dunce: :P
 
Man, thank God the race has been postponed. Really needed more time to tune and practice. This week has not been good for me in terms of free time. :ouch:

I would like to be able to only focus on family on Easter. I think some of our households might already be getting tired of all of our GT5 racing.(speaking mostly of mine)
 
Son of a b*tch! Damn, if you postpone the race another week I cant participate on the mini-enduro which I want to! Any chance you can post pone the race to Monday instead of next week Sunday? I'm leaving for Europe on the 15th.

Some of us are still without PSN. ;)

And I don't want the hassle of trying to rush home from work to get everything organized. We still haven't qualified either. Then with me being out of the house most of the day on Saturday, then people doing family stuff on Sunday for Easter, etc.

This weekend is just not going to work very well.
 
Kinda glad it got postpone been busy this whole week with family and my new job that i start tomorrow. I haven't practice at all for this race. How you guys been, I been out this whole.
 
This no psn thing is a MAJOR buzzkill. And if someone posts a pic of buzz killington, I swear to god, the ponies will return.

If the Integra Race is going on sunday, shouldnt this go on sunday as well? I think the PSN servers will be stable by then.

With most people having Easter plans and time with their family, I'd rather run it next weekend. If I had remembered the Easter Holiday when I originally made the schedule, I would have skipped this weekend.
