I haven't heard from anyone with the Integras saying they'd have to miss this weekend due to Easter.

Plus, I had about 3 or 4 posts in a row telling me to make it Sunday ;)

I just don't want to do everything in one day. I've got several people that are glad it has been pushed back, and 2? people that don't like the move.

If the Integra Race is going on sunday, shouldnt this go on sunday as well? I think the PSN servers will be stable by then.

Wait.. what? The Integra race will be on Easter Sunday. Then i guess you can count me out for that one too. I need to check that forum apparently.

Bring on the ponies! :D

I will be on on easter sunday if psn is back up, but I'd rather not do more than one race in one day....and we haven't gotten any really awesome practice racing in on tsukuba yet :)

If PSN isn't back up until Sunday it's going to mess me up a bit. I haven't practiced this track at all since I was going to miss this event, and now I'm going to be away from the PS3 from Sunday to Friday :ouch:
Has anyone compared the online to offline physics at this track in these cars? Is it even worth practicing offline?

Nice Pony BTW :D

This is the first time i have seen this post drop into the second page...OMG whats going on?

Stupid PSN, I was about to open a room. :ouch:

Anyway, Turbo, I'm dropping the GT class. I don't have the time or the interest to bother tuning one car and practice with both.

Edit: Actually, I guess you can keep my name on the list if the qualifying is the same as the spec class now. Just don't count on me being a regular. ;)

All I have to point out is how dead it is these last couple days on thread without the PSN not working...(CRICKET SOUND) WEEEIIIRRRRDDDDD!!!

Re-registering. I didn't like my last color choice :P

Schadenfreude13 (Schadenfreude13)
'89 NA
Rosso Alfa/Berlina Black (Two-tone wheels)

God help me! I just went on a tirade about tires in this thread. (be warned, wall of text)

I'm just popping in here to appreciate everyone's understanding and enthusiasm for racing in GT5 the way it was meant to be raced.

Nice post Wardez :)

If you'd like a higher car to tire ratio, check out my 6 minute Nürburgring challenge on sport hard tires :D

It's been entertaining me while I wait for PSN to come back. I really didn't think there was much point in practicing Tsukuba offline with the handling differences.

Yeah Egg I saw that right after you posted but I let my brother borrow the PS3 since Mortal Kombat 9 just came out and I'm busy playing Portal 2 so I can't participate.

I've been doing the Formula Fun series on iRacing to get my racing fix. btw have you ever tried iR? (let this be a general question to everyone in this thread btw) They're putting on huge updates this summer like an LMP1 car, night racing, new tire model, open practice in any series, Suzuka, new free circuit. It's all in this link.

It would be cool if some of you got together with me on there to race since I don't know if I'll be able to continue racing in GT5 being in Sydney starting this Summer (Winter for them - beach Christmas brr). Netcode in iR's super stable so it wouldn't be a problem since there's also an iRacing server in Sydney itself.

I added a little snippet. :)

Hah, nice RT. Just like always, concise & right to the point.

I suggest an offline Spec Miata and GTClass hotlap Nordschleife challenge!

Never tried any of the PC racing sims, don't have a PC and I refuse to put Windows on my Mac :P

One day I'll probably build a PC for sim racing, but I'm going to stick with GT5 for now.

Now this sounds interesting...

We can totally all setup a race, do however many laps, and first one to post on here after finishing is the winner! GOGOGOGO!

I've always wanted to do some kind of pc sim but I probably wouldn't do it unless I built/bought a rig specifically for sim racing. As you know things like that costs money which I sadly don't have.

I'll never be comfortable paying for iRacing. The way they have it structured it costs almost as much as real racing; then you have to chew up so much of your life with it to feel like you're getting value. I never want MMORPG syndrome.

Totally agree. 👍

I'm gonna hit up Nordshleife later tonight with my Spec car and see what I can hit.
