Also, what the #%&¤ is this car park?

Red Bull will probably replace all parts on the car now, they have a good chance of a penalty anyway, might as well start last

Not really. He's always driven like a knob. We just haven't seen it as much because he's been +20 seconds clear of the field all season.
Let's not devolve the conversation to childish drivel, please. Enjoy the racing.

Ferrari will find new ways to F it up, RB is still a big favorite to win the race tomorrow.

I have a smile on my face as wide as the Cheshire cat watching both Red Bulls eliminated in Q2.....finally the best chance to see someone else from another team win a race since Brazil 2022 and honestly it's about time. I'll keep hoping for that because if the fight is going to be between Ferrari, McLaren and Mercedes for the win and podiums, I'll take it!!!

Even then you have 2 Mercs, Alonso and Norris in front as well. And this is not an easy track to overtake.

With the potential penalties Verstappen may be at P16 before changing parts. That doesn't give much of a chance for a win, so getting some new parts into the pool now can make them much safer for winning the rest of the season, while not losing much more now.

Verstappen has 3 summons to the stewards, starting at 23:00 local time (20 mins from now), for the following infringements:

Impeding in the pitlane
Impeding Tsunoda
Impeding Sargeant

If nothing else it's interesting to see the car which had no bother on 90-degree turns at Jeddah or Azerbaijan is suddenly well off the pace following a new technical directive about the flexing front wing it never had - and that the directive itself appeared now, 18 months+ late, with the 2023 season already as dead as 2022...

There’s a hint of Ferrari 2019/2020 about this, minus the shady secret deal of course but a directive suddenly hurting a team who weren’t doing anything wrong.

What about every tech inspection they passed through the year? I guess while we try and retroactively change championship results from years passed, we might as well try and go back on every result with a fine tooth comb to include all of the TDs and negate the results from those races. We may end up with different championship results for the last 30 years at this rate.

We'll never really know, if this was flexi-wing or other issues with their upgrades. Unless you can prove it, of course.
