Exactly. The way of looking at it, is look at autovista as a seperate "Kinect" mode. A cool tool, an insight to the future of Forza.

I will guess that maybe 5%-10% of the cars will have the ultra high quality that they showed in the videos. While its obvious the cars will not be as exaggerated as the standard / premium in GT5, the point is still valid that only a few hand picked cars will be available in this Autovista mode. Not a big deal but people cant go into F4 expecting every single car to look as good as they are showing in the videos.
You better believe it. In fact Forza 3 has that right now with over 500 cars same equal detail on all of them. But they CAN expect to go into every race and every car WILL have the same amount of detail, all 500+ cars

Autovista is just a bit of fun. Its no doubt the kind of thing that gets old quickly.
I doubt it will get old, since taking photos in them will be endless and amazing.
I'm sure every car will have autovista.
This is no where near the GT5 debate, in fact it's not even a debate, if all GT5 cars had cockpits 90% of us would have been happy.
I hope they prove us all wrong and ALL the cars can be opened up and viewed from any angle and fully detailed like they are showing. If every car can be viewed then that will be beyond impresive when you consider F4 has only been in development for 2 years.
Go to 12:37, Dan Greenwalt confirms that all car models are rendered with equal care. He says "We treat everything from a classic civic all the way up to a 458 with the same level of respect". Also the 458 is an autovista car.
Turn 10 isn't that dumb, they clearly understood that a majority of the people did not like the Premium/Standard feature in Gt5.
Well, the cars are probably rendered to look just as good, they just won't be featured on Autovista... I mean, that's to be exoected with all the voice over work and whatnot, and I'm fine with that. There's not much exciting new technology in a VW Golf, anyways
They want the cars to be unique & these days, several of the supercars aren't going to be that unique from each other. I believe an LMP (maybe a Peugeot?) has already been shown in the mode.So I was thinking about the fact that Autovista wouldn't be including all the cars and it had me wondering what groups of cars probably wouldn't be featured.
Race Cars: They probably won't be featured as they're usually rather bare which would lead to a rather dull presentation.
Cheaper Compact Cars: Pretty much the same as above, usually they don't have a whole lot that stands out from the crowd. Would be pointless having a whole presentation revolving around the Versa(However I have a feeling the Cee'd will be in Autovista).
Tuners: While interesting, tuners don't generally have a hugely different background from their stock production counterparts.
Obviously there will probably be exceptions but I feel my reasoning is rather reasonable.
All I hope is if they have an R34 in Autovista. I want to explore that car so much that, well, you know what I'm getting at.

With its Super HICAS, the ATTESA ET-S all wheel drive system, the famous RB26DETT, the computer screen on the inside and all that fame it has, as it's peobably one of the most well known Japanese performance cars, I think there's a good chance we'll see it, alongside the GT-R and maybe a Z-car.
I'm pretty certain T10 will not pick super expensive exotics only, but some of the 'legendary' cars as well - like the Mazda Miata, too, for example.
The Miata does have a good place in history, so I can agree with Luminus in some respect. Legendary? No. It might be worthy of collector plates when it reaches 20 years old
