Any particular reason why the audio clips discussing the motocross showcase keep playing randomly in the middle of songs? Is this known to anyone else?

I mostly play with the radio turned off, But when I do have it on I often hear comments from the DJs about the Showcase events as if they just happened.

I keep driving on the right, hence wrong lane of the road in FH, even after Australia an UK. Japan is another of the few countries having the left lane driving rule
Driving in Australia in FH3 took some adjustments, a few head on collisions later, I finally got used to the idea of Driving on the left. FH4 so far hasn't been an issue, I'm fairly acclimated now.

Tried this, it didn't work for me. Uninstalling every DLC like Shakes said.I just accidentally found a fix that worked...
In the DLC cars menu, there’s an option to ‘Jump to Release Date’. When you press that, you have a choice of all of the dates that cars have been released on. When I chose 31/01/2019, the cars were now unlocked.
Hopefully that works for everyone else with the issue
It baffles me how hard it is to get just these 2 cars, it doesn't look and feel like something i paid $150 for.
Edit: Ended redownloading everything, didn't work. I don't even know what to say, it's just sad at this point.

I think I've shanghai'd myself - I reset my game to try to fix the infinite loading screen problem (didn't work), then changed my DNS to Google's public servers (did work, maybe), but now I can't sync my save because it just sits at 0%. I had this with FH3 and thought it would be ok to play anyway and sync again later, that wiped my save... What now?

Well it appeared that it wasn't going to download it, I sat there for a few minutes while it wouldn't move from 0% synced, but went away for quarter of an hour and came back to catch the last 4%. Kind of scary to wait that long when that's the only option for getting your save back, I'm going to see if there's a way to make a copy of the local save but I bet it's well-hidden.

I don't think they are, quite. It let me play for a while last night, but wasn't showing (or giving) the right 2x FP for VIP. I quit a couple of times and restarted it, uninstalled VIP and reinstalled, but no joy there. Still, at least it was starting up without crashing! But a couple hours later I tried starting again and it crashed, same just now.
Windows Update still hasn't worked at all, even when FH4 and the Store were working last night.

Just gotten the last achievement for FH4 which is qualifying for ranked adventure. Yes!! My very first Forza I've ever completed all achievements for!

I'm surprised at how much I like the Kadett. I would've preferred the C GT/E but even with its weird proportions the A is a fun little D/C-class car. Also I can't stop looking at that weird old-school color-changing analog tach.

I turned my Kadett into a gasser-style drag car, based on the high stock ride height. I'll probably re-do the livery and tune it so it doesn't suck, but it's not going to break any records in any case. I think I went with the 1.6 litre engine option and turbocharged it, sadly none of the engine options had a positive displacement supercharger.
I've also been spending a lot of time recently finding (interesting, where possible, but always at least related to a real livery - like the Alfa 155 V6 Ti Dekra replica for the 8C) community liveries for my cars and tuning them creatively (i.e. not just going for max power, drag, drift, motorway pulls, etc.) and one of my favourites is my A-class '69 Camaro based on the '68 Sunoco Penske cheat car, I've also done a Nismo 270R replica which uses parts true to what I was able to research - cams, clutch, street suspension, etc. Other people have had the idea, as you can see by searching for "270R" tunes for the '94 S13, but they've all opted to either under-spec it to hit the top of B-class or overspec it to A-class, but in reality it's about 7 points in to the A-class boundary. Also there were a few results for "270R" liveries but only one has the proportions and font right and doesn't add Nismo badging elsewhere, but it doesn't have the 270R decal on the back. I'm not sure they all did in real life, I've found photos of some cars with and some without, but there's no telling what's a real 270R and I can't be too fussy since there isn't an accurate body kit for it anyway (which sucks).
This foray into actually painting (by proxy, anyway) my cars has really highlighted how much it sucks that the wheel paint is tied to the body paint, cosmetic parts (aero and wheels) aren't purely cosmetic and painters can't include cosmetic parts in their paints. It's annoying when you find the perfect paint but the wheels are either stock or painted badly which ruins your attempt to build a perfect replica. Maybe this is what it'll take to finally get me into painting...

Network issues with Windows/Xbox seem to be resolved now. I played for several hours with no issues of any kind.
The custom route seasonal championship was great this week. That first course was nuts - I did it in a Willys Jeep, and it was a struggle to keep it under control almost the entire time, because I was bouncing around like a billy goat or something. All three routes were great.
