Looks like they bungled again and had the exclusive 04 Impreza on the Forzathon for a few mins(it will be the 80% playlist car in week 4).

The Rimac in the Rivals event... Atrocious, no sense of braking or mechanical grip, buzzes like an appliance, mediocre looks. I'll probably get it because 50% completion is not hard. And I will dump it immediately!

I've done some laps with the Rimac in the rivals event and it's now one of my new favorite cars. I found the handling to be quite sharp yet stable, and the brakes are fine if you don't expect the performance of an F1 car. There is also plenty of power to spare with blistering acceleration despite there only being two gears.

It fits perfectly with my driving style and I can't wait to own one.

I really want to test it against the Regera.

One thing you have to look out for in the Rimac is its weight (1,950 kg / 4,300 lbs) and drivetrain layout (individual wheel drive). That combo leads to a lot of understeer if you aren't prepared for it, but with practice, you will find that there is also a ton of grip. For me, it felt great to drive on the flowing layout of the rivals track, and I think it will do alright anywhere else.

And another Playlist that I don't have to 80%. I already have the KTM and Type R, and just got the STi as a spin. Plus, I think the limo was a Forzathon Shop car last month. Also, the Bentley was literally the first Forza Edition I won as a spin. So, my only interest for this week is the Ghibli.

I hope not, because E3 always gets me excited every year. :)

Microsoft's conference this year is the most hyped I've been for an E3 conference in a long time, because there's lots of known big things coming, and potentially even more big UNKNOWNS they've hinted at. Rumours and speculation are flying all over the place about stuff, and Microsoft have been remarkably disciplined about not leaking anything this year.

Plus you've got people from the Xbox division tweeting that they are relieved that none of the biggest surprises have leaked, and that they can't wait to see peoples' faces. It's hard not to feel hype when you read stuff like that.

I love E3 week, man. I'll miss it if it ever goes away. Not just for the concentrated week of big reveals and news, but also because of the interviews and panels that take place that week, because you've got essentially the entire industry braintrust in one location, along with the media.

I'm glad not the only one who loves E3 haha. I'm especially happy it's starting next week rather than mid week (I want June to stick around man :D).

I'm so glad to hear nothing from MS has been leaked, including FH4's next expansion. I'm taking everything with a HUGE grain of salt until it is officially announced. Man, isn't the hype such a killer? I never want E3 to ever go away as well. It's like a drug that can't be cured. :) :D 👍👍👍

Are there better places to get the "threading needle" challenge other than the festival? I find it tedious with all the idiotic AI.

It seems like the Threading the Needle skills are a little harder to get now, even on offline. I get more Daredevils than Threading the Needles.

I did the last threading the needle requirement in solo mode through the festival. This time with the TVR I only managed to get a couple before deciding I wasn't having fun, so I don't know.

So I tried to get the PR stunt jump and failed.

At least I did the retro saloon and hot hatch series. I'd like the 2018 Civic Type R, but I doubt I'll get it. Eh, the '97 Civic is cooler anyway (at least that's what I'll tell myself).

But hey, it's summer, I've got Miatas and Austin-Healeys, and like making long custom routes. I don't suppose there's an active thread where we can share our routes?

Used the 599 XX and got it easily with 4WD and it fully upgraded like the last time they used that jump for a seasonal event.

Anyone got a Ferrari 599XX Evo that they would be willing to part with? I'd be happy to throw down 20 million for one! :)👍

A motor at each wheel. They stressed on the stream how much effort they put into exactly recreating its power delivery and torque vectoring.

It also weighs almost exactly two tonnes
Well I'll be damn. That's actually kinda cool! I need to start reading mondern design in cars now after this. Thank you for sharing this. :)
From what I could tell, it felt like it was AWD.
Tbh it felt understeery to me right up until I looked at the tachometre and realized I was just entering corners waaaay too fast.
Welp. It seems the car operates on each individual wheel which could explain why it handles (and feels) the way it does. Very interesting!

I did the Honda cup and won, although I didn't contribute much to the team's effort. I didn't grasp why someone on my team decided to keep teammate hitting, though. It was the first of the team events I've tried. Turns out I already had an NSX-R, so now I have two.

The team playground attempts haven't worked out for me. The first was close, but we lost (and I wasn't too much help). With the second we lost the first round so a couple quit, which left us outnumbered.
