I'd say the trucks from FH2 aren't coming back as well as 2011 V8 super cars and indicars and F1. Everything else should pop up at some point. Still 2 more reveals.

The IPL G-Coupe is in & there is a 2014 Range Rover Supercharged. The '11 Lotus E21 could be dropped for the E23 Hybrid.

The iDX NISMO still catches my eye. I remember there were renderings or pics of the car at a speedway. That may have been for F6.

At this point it's looking questionable wether or not RUF will be in Forza 6, if they were I would have assumed that they would have been announced on the German Car themed week.

Of course I hope I'm wrong, I know Porsche are due in F6 somepoint, but I still think it would moody of Turn 10 not to bring RUF in, after all they were there for you when Porsche weren't.

Plus some Ruf vs Porsche races would be pretty sweet.

Apart from that, looking at that list,

Hope the Alfa's, Lancia's and Lotus make the cut.

I think I would more surprise if the Polestar didn't make it into the game.

And good god Turn 10, if you don't want to be responsible for full scale riots all over the world, you better stick that Kia in the game

Knowing those V8 Supercars are in the game, I cannot bring myself to boot up GT6 again. V8s are racing at Sydney Motorsport Park this weekend and it's killing me. I have an itch I need to scratch. A few more weeks...

I feel like RUF might be a causality here. We are currently sitting at 414 cars announced (before DLC) I believe. That leaves us around 40-45 cars to be announced. Lets take 45 as a estimate. That takes us 459 cars without Day One DLC, slightly over the amount they promised.

We still have 51 cars from FM5/FH2 left. So lets drop a few of them that people wouldn't get that mad about.

Thats 15 in that list there. I'm not sure what else to drop from that list of 51, any suggestions? Taking that into account, we are subsequently at 36 out of 45 cars to be announced. If we take the 110 exciting new cars as 'New to Forza on the Xbox One Generation' then we are at 75 (according to the list in the OP) out of the 110. That leaves 35 "New to Forza on the Xbox One Generation" to be announced, a long with still 36 cars to come from FM5/FH2.

I'm pretty sure 35+36 doesn't equal to 45, so something has to give. Whether we see way less new cars or lose a lot of cars from FH2 and FM5, or a combination of both, 20+ cars have to go somewhere. Maybe they might have 470 ish cars without day one dlc and we lose very little cars and you can all laugh at this post (which would be awesome) but I highly doubt that. I guess we'll find out in the next couple of weeks!

It doesn't make sense. Yet somehow as I explained in the post above, the numbers don't add up. Not every car from FM5 will come over - some will get updated like the 09' Grand Cherokee to 14' Grand Cherokee, but I fear we may lose other models.

I hope not. Maybe the numbers should simply be taken with a grain of salt. 6 months to model a car and then only use it in one game is a waste...

I definitely don't think they'd put FM5 cars in FM6 DLC. Only if they are free, if not, they are proabably going to be stuck in FM5 like the cars stuck in FM2, FM1, FM3 etc. Only FM4/FH1 cars and new to the Forza franchise cars will be Forza 6 DLC.

I would have thought this would be returning. The VF COTF had a minor update (barely worth mentioning, really) in real life but I didn't think it would have been updated for the game.

Either way, I hope it's in game at launch.

I was honestly hoping for some new Ruf models to be announced already to be honest; Turn 10 has access to that manufacture and I'm annoyed that they're not making use of it. Sure, I get they are expecting to get Porsche back, but that's not an excuse to forget about Ruf. I mean, what if they can't get Porsche next year?

Pretty safe guess that any decision to cut RUF came from outside T10. Porsche has been announced well in advance this time, rather than far after launch as was the case with FM4.

They said 450+ on disc day one, that means that the day one car pack and the doubles car packs with special liveries are not going to count.

Day one car count could end up closer to 500 then 450.

For reference, Forza Motorsport 4 had 502 cars on disc day one but 533 cars total day one.

I don't expect the difference to be as large this time but I wouldn't doubt if it ends up around 475~.

Then they have the most understanding marketing team out there.

Pretty safe guess that any decision to cut RUF came from outside T10. Porsche has been announced well in advance this time, rather than far after launch as was the case with FM4.

If it's part of the EA deal, it's a little nuts. The Yellowbird is historic in its own right, RUF doesn't have a negative impact on Porsche's presence, and it denies any players not getting the Porsche DLC any 911-shaped fun.

In fact, I think the only reputation removing RUF would hurt would be EA's. Though I suppose that's already a lost cause for them, so what's a bit more unhappiness?

I suppose we'll see in a few weeks. Guess there might be a reason to hold onto FM5...

I want a UTE. Never really cared for them until I played GRID Autosport. Was tempted to see if I could get one of the left hand ones... But I decided to save tons of money and not haha.

Of course I've considered this. It's just when T10 tends to advertise a number i.e
-Hundreds of Cars in FM5 (turns out to be just over 200)
-Over 500 Cars in FM4 (502 with out day one DLC)
-Over 200 cars in Horizon 2 (210 at launch)

It only just goes over the number they need to obtain. In this case 450+ without day one dlc is the number. Is it plausible to expect them to follow there usual pattern and only have 455 or 460 cars at launch with out day one dlc? I think so. Of course I'd love to not lose cars over from FM5/FH2, all I was trying to show that there is a possibility that we might lose them
