Glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. I'm sadden it's gone. One insignificant little issue that really irks me is the fact that the metallic flake paint no longer has any visible flakes. It's so dull looking.
This has happened to me a lot since the lates update. Had it happen to my XJR-9, R91CP, Beta Montecarlo, SLS GT3, Corvette C6.R, R8 LMS, M3 GT2, 935/78 and Eagle T1G. I even had it were the livery I had on my F-158 was applied on my T1G and my 12C GT3 livery was applied on my MP4-12CI had something rather odd happen. I was racing my 1964 Ferrari F-158 F1 and the car was grey. Except it it's actually red. I hadn't painted it. The game was rendering my red car in grey. In the second race I ran with it, it was red again. Then I raced a 2017 Acura NSX FE that was also red. Except that the game was rendering it as grey again. I even paused the game and entered photo mode to check it out. Except for one very small section above the right front wheel which was red, the car was grey. The second race I ran with the car, it was red again like it was supposed to be.
Um..what challenges? Is Forzathon live on pc already?
Good to see.Decal's resolution increased significantly with Xbox one X release
Yay, I can actually record FM7 videos on my DVR for once. Anyway, 3 clips I collected from this week about the A.I. and their braking choices.
Which car is that? I can never have too many itashas.Decal's resolution increased significantly with Xbox one X release

Pretty sure they were just pointing out the mistake. That's a two week Forzathon, which I don't think we've ever had. Maybe there will be more updates and Forzathon starts this weekend?
What mistake?

The actual graphics of a car's livery are parts of the 3D model. This is why the edges of them are immaculately sharp, but sometimes the textures within them are a little fuzzier. At least we got an interesting insight on how the standard liveries work...
Almost right. The actual graphics of a car's livery are parts of the 3D model. This is why the edges of them are immaculately sharp, but sometimes the textures within them are a little fuzzier.
When you go to paint the car, the same simply hides all of the 3D liveries in the same way it would hide the spoiler when you delete it. If you have the means of changing the car's colour without triggering this function (i.e. FH3 dev build, or the grey car glitch), then the liveries are left intact.
All of the achievements say complete all challenges, but nothing else.
It’s not a mistake. Each prize requires completing multiple challenges. It’s a bit more involved than in Horizon.
- Good news: They’ve added an S-Class Hopper
- Bad news: They’ve deleted the A-Class Hopper
WHY? A > S
Almost right.
The livery is a series of 2D texture maps. Each of the logos is basically a .svg file, similar to the ones you can now use in Gran Turismo Sport.
