Colour changing bug still happens :( where you chose your car it has a livery or a paint job then you load up the race screen and guess what it has changed colour or there is no livery on there. Also when in looking at cars under manaufacter thing the blocks on the side won’t show the little picture of the car but can see it rotating on platform.

What crates have you been buying? I usually do the 30,000 one and usually I get ones tied to race feats and pay for themselves in one longer race. I've rarely seen ones tied to aids.

I don't think you actually have to have the specific aidson, if you have all assists off. I could have sworn I completed one saying to use STM, but keep ABS off, yet I had both off and got it done.

The only ones I have saw that activate assists are ABS on, Normal Steering and Braking line only.
I generally discard the ABS on ones but have used a few of them here and there.

It all depends on which crates you buy and what kind of races you use them in. It is very easy to pay for the entire crate using only one mod in only one longer race, the rest is all profit.

I've got a stack of 100% CR + 3000 XP right now as well as a few other 100%, 90%, 80% and 70%. I have started selling back the smaller ones and only buying the 30k create now.

That is because the mod over rides any settings you normally use. If the mod says ABS on then ABS will be on while the mod is active and you can not change it so long as the mod is there, same goes for all of the others.

Thank you for your help. As usual, I was doing things as wrong as I possibly could. I looked at the mods I already had and realized I only used the common ones, the ones with small payouts. I then went and got a 30,000cr crate, and got a good draw. One Legendary, two Rare mods and, One common.

I used 3 rare mods for the next two races, after changing the race length to Long. I started the Formula E series, and proceeded to race and win in 2 events. Normally I would have made around 120,000cr after both events, taking my winnings from a paltry mid 200,000cr into the 300,000cr's. But at the end of the second event, I was sitting in the mid 600,000cr's. Much better. I will never use a common mod again.

I had a mod that wanted me to turn STM off. Being that I never use it, the mod added no challenge to my race. So it was like getting a bonus for doing what I normally do.

Hopefully they will address the graphic losses on Indy and Daytona in the PC version and fix the bug where cars sometimes have much more power than allowed in the division. I like running on unbeatable but when you are restricted to 750hp and the AI gets 1200HP it is all but impossible to win on any of the fast tracks.

I doubt that will happen as I suspect their Drivatar difficulty levels are built around this "rubberbanding".

If a Drivatar can't increase its pace on the straights it'll probably be able to take corners at speeds that are physically impossible for a real player to do.

It only happens in some classes. I have had GT cars lap me on Homestead on unbeatable but other classes I will lap the field with ease at that same setting where others are a bit better matchup. Even in the classes where it happens it does nto happen every time.

I reported it to T10 and they said it would be listed as a bug and looked into so it is definitely not supposed to be that way and should be fixed.

I have a feeling that's more of a design choice than a glitch.

I Hope they address the bug where my liveries are replaced with a grey mess. I thought they said they fixed that but it's worse than ever. I can barely load a car without losing the livery. Even when I just re-applied it.

Edit: I see they recognize it as a bug. Quite a serious bug then that the AI are cheating little buggers.

Uhh...am I doing something wrong? One of the Forzathon goals to get the Jag is "Change Driver Gear" which I did and it still shows 0/3 goals completed? Am I doing something wrong which is blatantly obvious??

Seems Forzathon goals are always delayed after you do them. It's a weird glitch that's persisted in FM7, which is odd since it was never a problem in FH3.

Also, no need to triple-post; that's what the Edit button's for. 👍

That makes sense. Just as long as they don't pull a Blue Hole. I would hope AI and physics would take precedence over anything to do with liveries.
 
I can't seem to play in fullscreen on my 4K TV. Whenever I go into full screen with the game on my TV this happens. This also happens with the Windows 10 video player app, but only on my TV, the 4K monitor and 1080P monitor have no issues.

Check your HDMI cable from your pc to the TV, thats all I can suggest.

An HDMI issue would be odd as it only happens with Win10 apps, Everything else as no issues with 4K60fps fullscreen.

Edit: Tried a few different HDMI cables and even set the TV to clone my main 4K monitor and it still only happens on the TV when set to 4K60fps. 4K30 and 1080P120fps settings works fine though.

I assume you mean 4k60hz which is not the same as fps. Check you specs for the TV to see what the refresh rate should be when getting a 4k signal. Could be that you just have some mismatched setting on the PC for that device.

Yeah I mean 60Hz, and the specs on the TV are fine, the HDMI is plugged into the proper 4K60Hz HDMI2.0 port on the TV. and it works fine for everything else, it only happens with some Win 10 apps like Forza 7 and the video player app.

Did 5 laps and got the car

IS there a way to permanently load the tracks onto my system so they dont have to load each time?

FORZATHON drag racing, didnt win car on first race...keep trying I guess (got it finally)

Now 120 mph , Homestead, 1957 Chevy Bel Air. I did that, nothing. Does it have to be lap that is clean? I get the exclamation mark even though I dont hit cars, walls, go off track, etc.

Did you only do the first step? Or did you finish all the other steps that come after the initial one?

Im getting this on and off also. Interestingly it only affects my Forza GT division cars...

Fingers crossed the festive season doesnt push that back but as you as said we had Horizon 3 DLC on 3/1 so why not 2/1? :cheers:

I still live in hope of my avatar resurfacing in the Forza series again.
 
Last night I bought forza digitally on sale for the hoonigan pack, I already have the physical ultimate edition and oh better ring Eb games too, no Porsche model either :(
 
T10 might still be out for the holidays, so that is way there was no clue thread. But it does not necessarily mean there will be no car pack this week. FH3's January pack released on the 3rd.

Updated my paint stats to the end of December. I've noticed a surge in activity since Christmas, I'm now getting over 1,000,000 CR every day in Paint income.

The Porsche was only for physical pre orders as far as I know. Never seen one for a digital preorder.

Going by your avatar maybe you are an Aussie too? I have the Porsche model and don’t really want to hang onto it. It’s yours if you want it just PM me
