The Porsche was only for physical pre orders as far as I know. Never seen one for a digital preorder.

All good they knew about the Porsche model not being available when Forza 7 was released. I pre ordered physical ultimate too. Yes I’m Aussie love Holden’s etc :) thanks anyway :)
 
Been playing this on a 50” 4K and a Xbox One X for the past week now; my goodness, is it a beautiful game. Raced the TDF on around 4-5 different circuits with various weather and I think the game can truly give the “infamous” GT graphics a run for their money with just the right lighting. :)
 
I don't know if this has already been addressed but, a lot of my downloaded paintjobs are just going grey. If so I apologize for bringing it up.

It’s a common rendering issue, happens to everyone.

Sometimes your cars will display the Paints you saved on them, and other times they’ll just be as you described.

It’s been around since launch but was supposedly fixed in November, only to come back with the December update.

Some of the ones I had downloaded turned grey today aswell. Seems to be quite common. After I had done a few races, the livery had restored to the car.

Hey all I don’t want to sound dumb but who is M Rossi, I just been doing some reasearch and there either male or female and are they a real person? Or a.i? I’ve also seen the name over the years in Forza games and the M Rossi race suit looks great just no idea how to obtain it? Also from what I was reading he/she sounds evil? Ultimate rammer confirmed? Any info would be greatly appreciated :) thank you sorry again if a dumb question :)

Fictional AI driver, was almost always the fastest AI in older games. Usually drove a red car and had more aggressive stats than the others.

gg T10, at least in the past we reliably knew DLC came on the first Tuesday of the month. Understandable if it came out on the second Tuesday, but on the third? When will the February DLC get released, then? Chances are, two weeks after.
 
After a week of playing FM7, I can honestly say that I'm loving it. In my opinion, racing game of the year 2017. There is so much to do, and the feel of the cars, it's relaxing and very fun in my opinion. Sometimes fustrating lol. But the lovely atmosphere of the tracks is astounding. The graphics are also excellent along with the fun gameplay. The car list is probably the best car list on any racing game that's on Xbox as of now. When I'm racing, the atmosphere is that great that I just don't want to stop.

Just has a few set backs like the bugs, glitches and the slow menus at times. Such as the slow loading garage and liveries not loading and stuff. Nothing game breaking, all new games will have bugs & glitches these days and as much as I dislike it, I won't loose no sleep over it.

But I'm loving FM7. Very happy I came back to Xbox, made the right decision. Today/yesterday (it's 2:18am as I'm writing this) I've been on it for 11 hours with breaks. Not been on a racing game for this many hours since the early GT6 days. I'm happy I bought the ultimate edition, as a new car pack may be releasing this month and I'm looking forward to seeing what's next. Hope everybody else is having fun. It's really a great game once you give it a chance and do many races, level up and collect cars. That's just my opinion anyway, happy new year guys! :gtpflag:
 
I have strange bug: when I finish some race in Free Play, one or more other drivers are jumping over me on final leaderboards!

Just raced 3 laps in Dubai with Centenario, finished 1st but one name jumped over me after!
If waiting longer, more of them do the same...

Do you have the race set to compare lap times? If so then a driver can win if he has a better lap time even if he does not cross the line until after you do.

Also note that in the case of comparing lap times a slow clean lap is faster than a fast dirty lap.

If that is not the case then something odd is going on, could be something else in the race configuration, if it is set to distance that can be confusing as well as I think the car that starts in the back covers the most distance if it finishes the race, even a car that runs a wide line in every turn would be slower but travel more distance and might win.

Anyway i would double check the settings under the advanced setup options for the race and make sure nothing is set that shouldn't be.
 
Maybe I have checked compare laps, when I was searching for Time Trial equivalent (that doesn't exist), somebody said to turn that option...

I was racing in Circuit Race only, so Timed is not option.

Tomorrow I'll check advanced options and confirm if you were right.

Update: confirming that now is everything ok, after turning off compare laps.

Just got my Drive Hub today and connected my Fanatec CSR Elite wheel to the XB1. Took a while to get it to work properly but seems to do the job.
I've been playing Forza 7 on the PC with this wheel will be nice to be able to use it on the XB1 where I can play 5 or 6 if I want, also curious to see if the XB1 suffers from any of the issues I see on the PC with Daytona, Indy and Lemans after racing a while.
 
I had to reinstall my game as it was being weird (wouldn’t launch). Maybe I’ll get to play it again before the DLC releases. :lol:
 
Since when are the headlights not working anymore at daytime ? The taillights are working but not the front ones...

I don’t think they’ve worked at all since launch. It can get annoying when racing in fog or rain.
 
That's when I pause, go into photo mode, and switch on the lights - which seems to work for a bit.
 
Tried it yesterday with the S15 Silvia. They don´t stay on. Checked the 350Z too and nothing happens at the front when toggle the lights in photo mode. Only the taillights go off and on lol
 
Anyone remember that special Xbox Edition Ford Raptor that was announced a little after the game's launch? Apparently it's going to be added sometime soon, and I wondered something. Going by T10's logic, who wants to bet it'll end up in the Forza Specials category? :) I'd love to be wrong though!
