Yes, they fixed the issue they introduced in 1.11, LSD tuning issue on FF cars.

And gave us a new bug when scrolling through large item lists like suits or gears where the cursor will jump to the left every 30 items or so.

Yeah, it was actually in 1.11 already, how to delay some nice upgrades with new stuff, introduce a couple of bugs and then fix them one by one.
